Can be a great app. Girls work really hard, also getting better with shipping atleast for me. I just hope they fix bugs on these app. Keeps hanging up and I have to turn my phone off on and off.

Besides the items you receive, which may not be exactly what you’re looking for I’m not being able to return or exchange more than two items a month, the shipping is painfully slow. Tried this a app and found many great items really discounted but it seem as there are a lot of negative reviews online with shipping and item availability. Unlike some other folks on here, I have an actually had many issues with the app itself. I think there are improvements to be made, but nothing too wild. The real issue I have is with the customer service. Sometimes things take an insanely long time to come, and on several occasions, the item has arrived not as described including with significant damage. Customer service’s response is basically to say “too bad” and occasionally offer a partial refund of $10-$20 dollars, which is laughable when

Takes over a month to receive the item, which is just too slow nowadays. Also, the app is super buggy

I signed up for an account with this app and immediately started receiving spam text and email messages about “request for funds”. I’m not sure if there’s some sort of cybersecurity issue or if the owner of this is selling information, but it needs to be looked into.
