It would be cool if you added 4-4-2 from Milwaukee road and add 4-6-4 Hudson with the STREAMLINERS all types please
No more need of idle games. Go back in time and enjoy real interaction while watch beautiful trains roll by. Worth every single penny!!!
This is one of my all time favorite games. The depth of play is fantastic. I used to play it on my PC, now on the Apple tablet. Can play for hours…. or at least until I’m asked if I’m going to play that game all night. Well worth the $12.99 for the full version👌
So fun for Railroad nerds!!!!! Like me!!!
Would like more of a campaign
Would like to see more difficult, or larger / custom maps. It would be cool to also have longer playtime in terms of years or infinite (2000s+)
One of my favorite strategy games.
This game is very addicting, if you start playing it it’s hard to put it down.
The game itself is fun But gets boring eventually. I kind of want a refund.
The game is great but you have to purchase to play the hole game. It is unfair in my opinion. But other than that it’s pretty good (5 stars)
Love this game, only issue is the world is small. After taking over other barons there really is no “next step” in which I could expand the rail world
Very faithful port of the original one. Basically identical as someone who still occasionally plays the PC version. Controls take a little bit to get used to as it is touch screen. Do try it before you buy.
This would easily be on of the best iPad ports/clones ever if it didn’t crash 6-8 times per game. I suspect a memory issue. Very frustrating. If it was horrible I would delete it. It fun enough that I enjoy it until I can’t stand the lose of immersion from the crashes. Many times in any one game. It hasn’t been updated in a long time and I have no idea what they do with Al the crash reports it generates except that they do not fix it. Will probably delete it. Save your money and time until it is
Best train game you can find on the app store
My goodness, I’m so nostalgic! Used to play this game for hours and hours on PC listening to some good music in 2008/2009. It’s exactly how I remember it! All the elements are there. One of my favorite PC games of all time. I’m so happy. To see it on iPad. It can be complicated at first, but, once you get the feel for all the elements it’s so much fun and you want to keep going. Buying industries, patents, winning auctions, hostile take overs, upgrades, improving efficiency’s, customizing the
I really like this game
This is one of my favorite games ever
Its about time Sid brought Railroads to moble. Been waiting.
Great game! Glad it’s on mobile now vs PC. This is my go-to game when I want something to beat in a short time.
I’ve enjoyed this game for years. Please give us more content.
I played this game for many years on my PC. I like the convenience of playing the game on my IPAD. The game runs flawlessly on my IPAD 6 with 128K memory. I Appreciate buying the game completely upfront with no in app purchases necessary to advance. Play the game as much as I want with each scenario and no additional purchases necessary to win or complete the scenario! Having said that I would gladly pay for additional map/scenario packages! Are there any plans to offer additional map packages?
Can you make it multiplayer?
Used to play this on the pc and was surprised how well it was ported over to ios. Recommend using the apple pen as it makes it easier to connect the rails. Good times.
I wish when routing doesn’t work it would update you why.
This is the real deal. This game is enjoying and challenging. Different objectives for different maps that keep it interesting and make you alter your strategy. There are MANY train sims in the App Store but almost all of them are timed sequences that you can bypass if you plonk down cash. There are no in app purchases in this Railroad Tycoon just pure fun.
Anyone who didn’t give it a good review must not understand the original game. A bit different on mobile but I don’t see how you can not understand if you give it patience.
Great port, enjoying the game.
Loving it already. Thank you for this one!
So happy that Feral brought this to iPhone! Been waiting so long for this game to be portable so thanks so much for taking a great game and bringing to IPhone! Definitely recommend to all train enthusiasts and gamers! Wanted to ask a question to developers. I have all sounds effects up to the max, but the train whistles and any talking at the stations (like all aboard) I can barely hear, both of these were louder on the PC version. Is this something I can make louder? Or maybe a glitch that can
Thought the transition was going to be hard. But it’s so easy to play and brings be back to my childhood!!!!
Spent a few hours on my first game, eventually tracks stopped appearing, and later the game crashed and no saves would load without crashing, even old ones well before the initial crash. If that happened on my first game this clearly wasn’t baked long enough. Not wasting my time on a second play only to have it potentially be for naught.
