The app is ok but could use a few features. Most households have multiple tv’s. I have 2 of the connexx tv sound box’s. It would be nice if you could choose “which” box you want to use without having to repair your HA’s every time you watch a different TV.

WS Audiology Charger issued on 7/16/2025 is defective. I must first turn it in and then wait 3 weeks for a warranty replacement. Charger will often recharge if propped up in an upright vertical position, but only if lid is kept open, too. I cleaned the charger contacts and earpiece contacts with foam swab dampened in alcohol. They were already clean and shiny and this did not help. A poor design and a very unsatisfactory warranty replacement policy. Signia has disappointed me.

The controls are easy to find and use. Not too surprising, as there are only a few controls. BUT, the app does not fully or properly implement dark mode. Imagine you are in a theater or concert hall and need to adjust the hearing aid settings. You open the app and are greeted with a bright white screen! Not enough thought went into the requirements analysis. Did anyone consider how the app might be used? It needs its own dark mode setting!

The well being part of the app is lousy. It doesn't update regularly and when it finally does, it's inaccurate.

This app functions very intermittently. Seems to work well when I’m sitting right beside the charging port but when I am in a situation that I need to lower volume or change direction for hearing sound, the app buttons more often than not cannot be moved!!??! In short when I need the functionality to control the hearing aids from the. phone it is in operative.
