I am so glad I did this. It is simple. It is mindful. It is manageable. It is healthy. The entire package felt easy to engage with. My goal was to lose 20 lbs. I did that and enjoy everyday along the way. This is becoming a life style, not simple weight loss.
It was more friendly before the last update. It switches to the wrong day and is difficult to get it on the correct day. It’s now more difficult to edit a meal and the time.
I had to stop my fast about 2 hours in because i had a snack. Anyway, I logged this snack under today's nutrition > log food as I always do. It said it analyzed and logged my meal, but it did not. I rephrased my meal 3 separate times and it still did not register that I logged my meal. So I ended my fast, then clicked log meal and added it that way, which worked. I would appreciate an easier way to tell the app you broke your fast, are able to add the snack that broke the fast, and then restart
I’ve been using simple for over a year and I’ve lost almost 30 pounds. It’s really easy and simple to understand the tips you get are very helpful. I wish they brought back the alternate day fasting because that’s what I usually used.
Everything about it is quality, especially the clean GUI. The timer layout is definitely more simple than pretty much every other popular fasting app. Highly recommend.
I lost 18 lbs using this app and fixed my insulin resistance I love it! I just eat during a small window and basically eat whatever I want. It’s so motivating seeing where your body is in the fat burning process. Thank you
I really like this app and they have been “fast” to answer my questions. I would recommend that when someone posts a question that the answer be posted also as that may help others even faster!
Can you please look at adding a feature that allows the review of calorie, protein, and fiber intake without logging a meal? This app is amazing and has supported me getting healthier than I have been in 25 years!
Fasting makes you feel clear headed and it really does help a lot in weight loss . Better then eating a punch or small fries meals all day . I definitely recommend.
The free version is okay. It’s a pretty layout, but I do think it’s lacking in functionality. I am still looking for an app that tracks fasting, calories, and physical activity all in one. This app does not let me edit calories which is the most important part of weight loss.. and other than tracking my fast it does little else to help my weight loss journey. Maybe the paid version is better because the ratings don’t match what I was seeing.
Just joined and I am encouraged that this will be helpful. I especially like how easy it is to log food. You don’t have to search specific brands and amounts. You just pick from the categories they offer and you are done. I only gave 3 stars because I am so new.
This app is great and simple. I like that this is the first app did not think you plug in the calorie count for all your food simply asked you to take a picture of the describe what type of music
I need to cancel the monthly payment due to economic situation but I don’t know how to do it please if somebody can help me thank you
The redesign is not good. I want the circle back with time when to eat next meal.
The app is simple to use. My only suggestion is the ability to add dishes that are not listed especially ethnic dishes.

I dont like the new update. I hate the photo cuz the foods I eat is not on the lists and the photo cant recognize the foods i eat.

Get for tracking foods but it doesn’t have enough foods for vegan or vegetarian. There’s a lot of healthy foods that need to be added I struggle to post foods that I eat so a lot of times I don’t post

This app keeps me on track with reminders to hydrate and eat when appropriate. It provides necessary information to keep me knowledgeable and on track with my weight loss journey. I am really loving it.
I love this app, but I don’t like what they’ve changed/done to the home page. Instead of the old display, now it’s just linear. And the fasting stops at autophagy now, why remove the other states your body goes through?
This app is a great help in tracking my “windows” which encourages me to keep going! The food selection is lacking a bit, but overall worth the $$ to me! There is also a FB group for people using the app.

This app is super great. Not only does it help you lose weight. It helps you eat the right foods. It’s very detailed and it tracks and tells you when is the time u eat and u stop eating. I very much recommend. 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have enjoyed learning new things about a healthy diet and lifestyle and being reminded of others. I like having reminders especially during a busy day without taking too much time. The articles are on point and quick reads.
I have be using this app for a few weeks. I like how it keeps me on track. My only complaint is that I wish it had more food selections when it comes time to log my meals and snacks.
Best app ever, 1st time trying IF and I am really enjoying it. The app keeps you in track and is very interactive. Love it!!
If you forget to log everything becomes a mess. It trends to push vegan, yikes. But at least has the basic 3 kinds of meat to log. Not bad but I don’t see the value of what you pay for.
App is great for tracking your fasting the only thing I would change would be for the logging food put them in alphabetical order to make them easier to find.
I absolutely loved this app and it helped me lose 13 pounds… and then I downloaded it again and the format changed and it was a little confusing… if it’s possible please bring back the old format? Thanks!!
I love this app but I feel like I’m logging large amounts of food because I’m logging things individually. For example hamburgers , there should just be a button that says hamburger but maybe it’s me 🤷🏾♀️.

I like the app but wish I could change it to the clock face instead of linear platform. There should be an option to choose your preference. I uninstalled several times but can’t get the clock face.
