I really wish the food logging was easier to comprehend and included the calories for the items I eat. And the list of protein, fat, carbs, etc., expended is very confusing.
It’s easy to use and just get your thought process where it really needs to be
I love the real time AI coaching and judgement free zone.
Reimplement makes it simple. I like the way I can direct my plan and sometimes stay on course. Avo although AI engineered is very conversational. Amazing!
I would love to be able to change the logged items cause until you logged them. You don’t know what kind of affect if I knew what kind of effect I might not necessarily eat them. Also, the time cause sometimes I don’t log it until later then my fast can’t start until later.
It’s well organized. I wouldn’t go seek out an organization when I can do this at home with support 24/7. It’s convenient it right in your face a positive way it has got me back to living, loosing weight, and loving myself and life again. They four L’s in my day is all because of being with Simple and Simple it is.
For the most part I think this is great for helping stay consistent. There are some changes I’d like to see like longer workouts. 15 min minimum. I’d like to be able to see what food I logged. And even be able to see the drinks logged. I like the chats and suggestions

Easy to use. Good for recording meals and fluid intake. Estimates for nutrition are helpful but not always accurate. Overall a good app.
This is the first time (out of many) I have stuck to a diet for more than 14 days. I have not been bored or hungry and I’ve lost 10 pounds since starting. Easy to fallow plans and the AI coach has great things to say as well as the recipes she suggests are awesome. I actually read and take notes on the things they suggest. This is the best thing ever.
I love the AI coach and the ability to scan your meals. I wish it counted calories and allowed for entering of steps without having to enter a walk.
The coach has not missed the moment or a point to remind me of meals and daily exercise even when I don't think about it kudos !
I wish the app was simpler and more straightforward. I can’t do any of the floor exercises at my age. I really like reg accountability.
I like this app. Fairly easy to use and the AI coaches are a good add on. However it would be helpful if you could log in fasting shorter than 12 hours. I often do 10. I would also like to log much shorter fasts like 6-8 hours.
I am so glad I did this. It is simple. It is mindful. It is manageable. It is healthy. The entire package felt easy to engage with. My goal was to lose 20 lbs. I did that and enjoy everyday along the way. This is becoming a life style, not simple weight loss.
It was more friendly before the last update. It switches to the wrong day and is difficult to get it on the correct day. It’s now more difficult to edit a meal and the time.
I had to stop my fast about 2 hours in because i had a snack. Anyway, I logged this snack under today's nutrition > log food as I always do. It said it analyzed and logged my meal, but it did not. I rephrased my meal 3 separate times and it still did not register that I logged my meal. So I ended my fast, then clicked log meal and added it that way, which worked. I would appreciate an easier way to tell the app you broke your fast, are able to add the snack that broke the fast, and then restart
I’ve been using simple for over a year and I’ve lost almost 30 pounds. It’s really easy and simple to understand the tips you get are very helpful. I wish they brought back the alternate day fasting because that’s what I usually used.
Everything about it is quality, especially the clean GUI. The timer layout is definitely more simple than pretty much every other popular fasting app. Highly recommend.
I lost 18 lbs using this app and fixed my insulin resistance I love it! I just eat during a small window and basically eat whatever I want. It’s so motivating seeing where your body is in the fat burning process. Thank you
I really like this app and they have been “fast” to answer my questions. I would recommend that when someone posts a question that the answer be posted also as that may help others even faster!
Can you please look at adding a feature that allows the review of calorie, protein, and fiber intake without logging a meal? This app is amazing and has supported me getting healthier than I have been in 25 years!
Fasting makes you feel clear headed and it really does help a lot in weight loss . Better then eating a punch or small fries meals all day . I definitely recommend.
The free version is okay. It’s a pretty layout, but I do think it’s lacking in functionality. I am still looking for an app that tracks fasting, calories, and physical activity all in one. This app does not let me edit calories which is the most important part of weight loss.. and other than tracking my fast it does little else to help my weight loss journey. Maybe the paid version is better because the ratings don’t match what I was seeing.
Just joined and I am encouraged that this will be helpful. I especially like how easy it is to log food. You don’t have to search specific brands and amounts. You just pick from the categories they offer and you are done. I only gave 3 stars because I am so new.
This app is great and simple. I like that this is the first app did not think you plug in the calorie count for all your food simply asked you to take a picture of the describe what type of music

The redesign is not good. I want the circle back with time when to eat next meal.
The app is simple to use. My only suggestion is the ability to add dishes that are not listed especially ethnic dishes.

I dont like the new update. I hate the photo cuz the foods I eat is not on the lists and the photo cant recognize the foods i eat.
Love this app. Would be awesome if there was real calorie tracking at some point (vs the light weight emoji logging now).
Get for tracking foods but it doesn’t have enough foods for vegan or vegetarian. There’s a lot of healthy foods that need to be added I struggle to post foods that I eat so a lot of times I don’t post

This app keeps me on track with reminders to hydrate and eat when appropriate. It provides necessary information to keep me knowledgeable and on track with my weight loss journey. I am really loving it.
I love this app, but I don’t like what they’ve changed/done to the home page. Instead of the old display, now it’s just linear. And the fasting stops at autophagy now, why remove the other states your body goes through?
This app is a great help in tracking my “windows” which encourages me to keep going! The food selection is lacking a bit, but overall worth the $$ to me! There is also a FB group for people using the app.

I wish there were more food choices for logging. There are some weird ones and it’s lacking a basic one like whole grain bread.
