Great app if notifications would disappear
Love the app and everything about it. Except that the notifications never disappear….. and cannot see texts when typing into text boxes…

I love the fact that I have a direct link to my therapist.
On days that I’m feeling overwhelmed, it’s comforting to know that I can get a hold of my therapist within the hour to help divert my situation and bring me back to normalcy.

This is probably the easiest app to make appointments, cancel them, and get a hold of your provider.
Easy access when used frequently
This app is very helpful with keeping track of appointments and any documents needed. However, logging in can be a huge pain, as you need a special link from your email each time to get to your account. Sometimes the email comes quickly but other times it takes forever. Otherwise this app is very useful and easy to manage as long as you are using it frequently enough to where you don’t need to get sent an email link every time.
Great app! Please fix messages
This app makes it easy to see my appointments and communicate with my provider. Only negative; I get a notification when I get a message but I have to close and refresh the app for the new message to appear
Amazing app
I love this app! It keeps my appointments in one area & it’s super way to reschedule or cancel if & when needed. The thing I love MOST about this app is the chat feature with my therapist!!! It makes it so convenient to be able to reschedule them when I need to without having to deal with going through calling the office & being rerouted or leave a message for them to call me back! They can just text me back! & the best part is it is convenient & confidential!

Great App, but Sign-In Glitchy
I happened upon this app while using my iPhone and was able to sign in without issue. But when moving over to my iPad and attempting to sign in, I got “Link Expired-enter email again to receive new link” error message. I then logged out of the app from my phone and tried again from iPad—same thing. So I tried logging back in from my phone, but it now started displaying error message too… I attempted 5 times (back to back) and got the same result. I then waited about 15 minutes and retried with
Great! But would love some changes
I use this app more than I use the website. It’s so much easier and the dashboard looks great. Face ID works great and often have no general issues.
Two things I would like to see improvements on are 1. Able to customize notifications. I often get a lot of email notifications I would like to disable. 2. Able to remove old cards saved in the app. They pile up and I can only add but can’t remove.
Could be better
It’s a bit annoying getting constantly signed out and then the whole system crashes if you sign in sometimes. The notifications sometimes work but not well enough for me to not have minor anxiety over them. I’ve almost missed appointments because of it.
Good but buggy
This wasn’t always the case, but in the last few months this app has been crashing whenever I open it after I have received a message, sent a message, or am in the middle of typing out a message. The structure and layout otherwise is really good, I hope they update it soon to fix these issues, as it isn’t that bad really but just very annoying and inconvenient.
Confusing name, no fullscreen iPad version
“Client Portal” is an odd choice for the published app’s name and the lack of a full-screen iPad version creates a frustrating user experience. To end on a positive note, at least it works.

To the developer….
The practice says they don’t know what to do or how to fix it. And the vibe I got was that they were NOT going to contact support to fix the problem. Please help!!
Need help!!
I am having the worst luck with this thing. I can receive appointment reminders form simple practice however I can not access the portal with my email. Although the reminders come to my email. It’s the worst.
Bug found
The notifications alert never clear from the corner of the app icon and I keep getting notifications to finish forms when my forms have been completed for weeks. When I open the app there are no forms there to fill out.
Can’t view full calendar when requesting appointments
Lots of my providers use this app. When I go to request a new appt, the last week of every month is cut off. I can’t scroll the screen down or turn my phone to landscape mode to change it.
