Great app, I’ve enjoyed it for years but they raised the price in Nov 2025 to $3.99 from $1.99. Sorry but $48 a year is too much.

This is such a quick and easy app to use. Has a lot of features and can be used by yourself or even when leading a group on a tour of our corner of the stellar neighborhood

I’ve had this app for years. I encourage new users to get into the settings to make the most of the app. I like to show asterisms for instance.

In the redesigned Sky Safari 7 is there a way to hide the toolbar? Every version before this allowed us to hide the toolbar and see the sky map without it. Thank you.

Thanks a lot for clarification. If you really liked the older app background music instead of “cricket” sound, go to Settings > Appearance & Behavior > Ambient Sounds > Pluto. This sounds is so peaceful & satisfying. Love the app & developers. Thanks a lot.

Other apps are too complicated: this is more like a point and shoot with instant results - that’s why I rate it five star.

Put back Sky safari 5 music. This cracker sounds is so not relaxing.

This is a great app. It shows you everything in the night sky. It is a must have for any astronomer or stargazer..

So far, enjoying this. Wish the sky view would show the moon so I can be positive that my orientation and understanding of the stars is correct. Downloaded to star gaze with my son. He thought it was “supercool”

This app is awesome, the amount of information it gives you about each an every star is astonishing.

It’s a great app, very helpful when trying to find each star and planet.

This is a great program to have in your iPhone as an assistant when you gaze at the night sky! Planets and stars are in proper placement and the zoom function is great.

I’ve used all of these products and this is absolutely the one I like best. Easy, direct and intuitive. Dead on accurate.

This app has never let me down. I love the precision. And my son loves the alerts that tell us when the International Space Station will be flying by overhead. Amazing! 5/5

I’ve been using this app for years for naked eye astronomy. I encourage folks to get into the settings. Show asterisms. Get into the info page offered for any seletcted Star, planet or constellation. Excellent. 5 stars.

The Hubble telescope (HST) is farther from our solar system in not near EARTH.

How wonderful it is to finally look up at the night sky and know the heavens and constellations by name... I can finally see the forest for the trees! What a Wonderful App!

Purchased premium to connect my tracking mount to their map and it has no way to connect to my SynScan mount.

I just purchased this app and anything I’m zooming, it is all blackout. I’m using default settings, on regular iPhone. This is just a waste of money

I wanted an app that I could point at the sky and it would tell me what I am looking at. This ain't it.
