Never fails to give me good sleep data.

Seems to report longer than actual time sleeping.

These 2 (rest and stress) are conspicuously relative to each other and are useful in the monitoring of one’s stasis. The aforementioned are crucial to the administration of supplemental vitamins and other medicinal conveyances if you will a template for upkeep. ie what and when

On the information the time recorded when I went to sleep is incorrect.

My CPAP busted. I have not replaced it. My sleep chart says I should.

Not sure if it happened since I updated my phone but every time I hit the “trends” on the bottom of the app the app crashes & shuts down. Pretty frustrating since this is the only way to get a breakdown of a weeks sleep. Wish they would fix this

Love this app and free right

Fitbit personally has my favorite heart and sleep tracker. I couldn’t find a sleep tracker that didn’t require me to buy an annual membership until I found this one. It’s cheap and effective. I need to see what I need to see. I recommend you get one too. You won’t be disappointed, because it’s like a few dollars.

I’m disappointing that this doesn’t recorded my daily sleep. My doctor is keeping track of my sleep because of medication changes. I might have to change to a more accurate app. Karen

I have looked at a lot of different sleep apps and used different ones. This by far I feel is the best. I use this one instead of the Apple Watch one much better at readings and graphing ! Hands down a great sleep app

I check the time every time i woke up in the middle of the night but it won’t detect it even the time of my sleep is not accurate I need to reset it in my phone it’s not automatic your watch will read it. It will be stock in its last record.
