Works fine on an iPhone, not so much on an iPad. I can see the devices but I can’t control them on the iPad.

Like my title says it controls all my devices that can be controlled from an app all in one place. Instead of using many apps to contour all of my devices, I now only use one and it’s free! Anyone who complains about this app loses credibility in my eyes. Pointing out bugs or things they wish the app would integrate is fine but any other complaints are rubbish! 11/10!! (gets an extra point on a scale from 1-10 since it’s free)

Love this app. Unfortunately the update I received this morning has broken Shortcuts and Automations

Right now I am rating a 3. Dimming down needs more range. The lowest setting is quite bright. Color transitions are fast and sudden even on the lowest setting. Fix those I’ll add a star. Scenes are next on my list of wants. Thank you!

This is a well designed, simple to use, and stable app. But PLEASE give us a portrait view for tablets, specifically the iPad! Of all the apps I have, yours is the only one that can’t auto-rotate.

My son loves the light bulbs! I have an 11 year old son and he enjoys switching up the colors to go with the mood he is in, the book he is reading, or for just going to bed as a little extra light. I will be buying more for myself next time

Tried to set a schedule for turning it on and off and it keeps saying all parameters are lost.

It needs to be useable as a widget from the home screen. Controlling lights without having to wait for the app to open, toggle over to devices, etc… would be awesome. The technology is there! drop the update

in older versions you used to be able to have icons and "pfps" for each light/main profile, but for the past, maybe three months you havent been able to and to be honest, it really upsets me. though the app works pretty well for me - i would just like to be able to have the customization of your profile back

Was working until this latest update, August/September 2022, then all outlets and wall switches stopped working! Then after trying to reconnect several times, some started working but 2 will no longer reconnect! Frustrating!

Adding devices to the app is outstanding, hands down the easiest out there. Which is why this little issue is so confusing to me. When creating a scene, I select Color mode, and expect to see a color wheel like when manually adjusting a bulb. Nope. Just a bar fro 1 to 100 for temperature. How the heck do I know which temperature it is? I want orange. What temperature percentage is the shade of orange I want? Also, it’d be super helpful for me to setup the lights the way I want to, and then sele

One or two times a year the app forgets all the devices I set up, requiring me to add all my devices again. This is a real pain since I’m a snowbird and have two houses.

Hi I use the app for a CLEVERIO E27 smart bulb and I actually don’t understand the concept of having %(precentage) for color temp while any other platform/app uses kelvin grading for this! It’s very inconvenient to adjust the temp in %! Please please consider an option in furthuer app updates! Regards

And will it support a color changing mode that cycles through all the smart bulb’s colors automatically?

I would like to be able to view multiple cameras at the same time on one screen like some of the other wifi surveillance camera apps I have used.

Smart Outdoor Wi-Fi outlet paired to HomeKit perfect and works fine but no matter what I try it won’t connect to this Smart Life app. This device doesn’t have a reset button so I tried the on-off FAQ method with no luck. Please help to pair to the app so it gets updates even though HomeKit is working fine.

The UI is a bit confusing at times, but the most frustrating issue is attempting to use the app on Apple Watch. After I added it to the watch from the Apple Watch app on my phone and tried to launch it, I received this message: “Please open and log into Smart Life on IPhone. If app isn’t responding please restart Smart Life or the iPhone. I did this as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the watch. Also went to the “Me” section of the app and selected the watch to no avail. Serious

I like this app but it is kinda hard to connect some RGB lighting but I can figure it out anyways with Tuya.

Can the light be dimmed to a lower brightness after a set time?

This App is amazing, smooth, and very helpful. The only thing I suggest is adding it to the Shortcut app, so it can be used with Siri

This last update isn’t letting my camera work on it. They fixed the app update and now everything is working great. It shows they listen to the feedbacks. Thank you. Love this app.

I have 8 teckin sp20s. I was able to see power consumption for each of those before the app updated. Now that feature is gone. Otherwise app is working as expected.

Getting frustrated as meal plans get cleared and wondering why my cat is begging for food. This is the third time now and getting tired of it. We love the concept and ease of the feeder but if this keeps up will have to find another one

Simple straightforward and easy to use.

It took a minute to figure out how to hook it to WiFi. I thought it would work without WiFi but doesn’t. Now I can look at my property regardless where I am and it records onto a mini chip.

im sure the app is great but im not sure why i have the device discovered but offline when it isnt? i used the QR scanand followed the manual btw so yeah.. until now I haven’t been able to use my smart bulb to its fullest potential

This home automation system is cost effective and works very good.

It works well, but it makes me sign back in every once in a while. It always seems to happen when i really need it. So i have to remember my password. It’s a little annoying.

I’ve tried a few different brands and this is by far the best out there. Easy app and set up.

I had the plug in connected for over a year, then it update recently and my device was no longer connected. It took forever to connect, and was not an easy process.

Controls all my smart appliances in just one app. Probably the most used app on my phone

Easy to use. I will be perfect if we could share access key with family members.

I’ve used the smart life app to manage some smart switches for controlling several functions at my car wash. One year of use with this application, not one issue so far!

These lights are truly amazing. And the a great quality and I recommend this if you looking for something that is great and cheap

Love the flexibility. Sometimes it loses connection and I have to reset it. Pretty great for the money though.

If you don’t see them, scroll to the bottom of your widgets. They reappear at the end.

Widgets for smart devices gone in latest version and replaced by a stupid voice widget.

After an update It started killing my battery when I forgot to force close the app, inside the app you can turn off notifications and then it stops running in background.

Product alls me to control my electronics while away from home which allows a higher level of security to the premises. It works fantastically.
