Smart Square Go App Reviews

Hello I’m Carolyn, I just wanted to say I love this app smart Square; helps me when am off work to put in Days when I want to work to help others that may call in sick at work or just feel they need a payed vacation: I can let my manager know that I will work for them by putting a day in the Smart Square on the calendar also I can view my days and vacation days that I put in. That’s been approved by management, I love love this app: Thank You again

Smart square works well and can be user friendly.. but, it would be nice if it would automatically tally the number of RN/RTs in the scheduler so a total number of staff can be counted when preparing a schedule

The app is okay. Super handy for the functions that I can access, however it’s very inconvenient that I can’t access any of my manager functions through the app. I would use the app a lot more if I could use scheduler and view staffing reports as I do online everyday.

Only thing I would suggest is linking to Apple and google calendars

It’s really easy to navigate. I wish the home schedule with be block colors instead of small green or blue dots.

Works half the time useful when you want to put in and look at you work schedule

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, not easy to navigate.

I recommend every organization, business, establishment and/or facility to incorporate and use smart square go. It is convenient and user friendly.

I love using smart square for work it is super easy from a user standpoint when viewing your shifts and trying to figure out when you’re working. However, I just downloaded the app cause it was just created or published and I am sad to see the calendar view does not have the scheduled hours you work in the calendar days on when you click on that day does is show you what you work. No I am a very visual person and I absolutely loved how the online app showed you the shift you were working on the

I can’t see all my normal tabs. This version only allows me to see basic schedules. I can’t do any adjustments for my team on it.

Love the new app. Only frustration is how the calendar subscription function doesn’t show shifts with as much detail as the export function did. For example, in the export it would show what role you were assigned to and location, but now it only says the location as the name of the event- and not the role assigned. Which makes it unusable for me

Please add a Face ID option

Was late for work the other day because even though I refreshed multiple times; the app never updated my work assignment for the night. This app is so unreliable. There was an obvious problem that employees were being paid less incentive to pick up shifts; and our leaders kept regurgitating the same SmartSquare rhetoric they’d been given by the “experts”. There isn’t anything very “Smart” about this database, period.

This app would be good except for the fact that I have to sign in to the app every time I open it. Even when I click “remember me” it still makes me have to sign in every time with a password AND a text code. Too many steps for an app that’s on my phone. If you want a secure login then make a Face ID or something. SO many of my coworkers complain that there’s too many login steps in order to open the app.

Unable to see. Who is working my shifts

Very difficult to read as the colors are very similar without much contrast.
