Hasn't worked the entire time I've had the app

Probably an OK APP but they require a credit card to “verify your identity”. No thanks.

App and tv Need to connect to same Wi-Fi. How can I when I can’t use the app remote for the tv to do so???😡😡😡😡 What’s the point of a virtual remote. When you can’t use it? When I can use it. It times out to quick and does what it supposed to do when you (again) can access it.

I reset my Samsung Smart tv, updated the firmware and finished configuring the tv with the smart tv things. I'm content.

Finally gaining access to this app. Not sure if it was the new iOS version.

Honestly works fine but you need to pay just to have a remote that’s my only problem buts it’s good

It’s OK I suppose. It works, but it is absolutely infuriating that every time I want to use it, I have to reconnect my TV.

I was so surprised and pleased with my new Samsung television. The clarity is second to none. It’s simply beautiful.

Your app charged my card after I sent multiple emails trying to get the subscription canceled after I had already canceled it 5 times. Worst TV APP.

Having serious connection issues.

Could have all the most used controls on the main screen. Every company nickel and dimes you. Every $5 adds up end of the month it’s hundreds.

Works little slow but that is most likely do to my WiFi love the fact you can cast your pics and vids right to your tv

Very disappointed and frustrating to use

This app is great! I’m able to use it to access my Smart TV apps. I wish I had known about it before I ordered a replacement remote for $50!

Update: I uninstall and reinstalled the app and it runs fine now. Keeps dropping connection which makes app useless.

Nice to have on my phone and not have to search for controller. Only issue is when I try to save my favorite channels it does not save them correctly.

Can’t pair Samsung tv to Alexa

It keeps disconnecting from the network. I have to reconnect it each time I use it.

App takes forever to connect to tv and you can’t go more than a few minutes without trying a feature that is not included in the free version and then you are pressured into paying for the upgrade.

This app has trouble connecting to the same network as the TV.
