SmartConvert Live App Reviews

This is amazing. I was skeptical, but just bit the bullet and I’m glad I did. This is such a useful tool to see how the negatives look directly after home developing. Screen recording and cropping the video makes it fun for people to see the BTS on instagram stories. Wish there was a button to focus better, but I could just be missing it.

Big fan of my Filmomat Lite, so wanted to give this app a try and support a fellow analog shooter. I appreciate the simplicity of the app, but the ergonomics of the sliders (and the lack of labels or even an icon) is kind of awkward. If you don’t have a light pad/table or a way to lay out your negatives this app will struggle, which makes sense. I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could, and my only improvements would be a different, condensed slider system at the bottom of the screen, and the ability to

Ok… I NEVER write reviews but just had to for this one… I was having a, what turns out to be, minor camera issue with the app.. wrote a quick email and received a speedy response from Fritz… the guy was amazing. I had sent a couple of screenshots to show the problem and he had the solution in my inbox in NO TIME… EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT…!!!!!
