How to get support?

I clicked on “get support” but there’s no place on that site to request support… How do I connect this to my Apple Watch? Your response to the above review says to set up on Watch but the app doesn’t show as an option to Send to my Watch.

Needs to be louder!!!

It works for sure. But you can’t change the the alarm. I am 68 and need it to be A LOT LOUDER to wake me so I can change my sleeping position. But it does work.
