Exercise approved by sleep scientists

I found these exercises on a major publication that showed reduced sleep apnea symptoms in those who those those. The app is simple and practical

Excellent in every way!

Explanations, graphics, variety are very well done. I think it works especially if you are dedicated. The best part is, no gouging on price!

These exercises are a great complement to my oral myofunctional exercise routine. I find them helpful and I do them every day at breakfast.

Seriously great app

I have the free version and it’s great for now- a few exercises— quick and easy - the instruction and cues for the exercises are so helpful-if you have trouble sleeping, get this app, do these exercises!! So easy!!

Do it get it upgrad

Effective for breathing and LESS snoring! GET IT, do upgrade. Not paid ha ha sometimes I wonder if it’s paid or asked to write a review. No. Its really really good. My husband and i lay in bed and do it. The 5 minutes helps immensely, we haven’t done te exercises for weeks and i can tell. When we did 3 days in a row less snoring, more breathing, maybe less hot at night.

Do the snore gym exercises. Saline nose drops. Sleep on your side. Try it. You will see results in less than 2 weeks.

Great app!

Excellent app for snorers! The exercises are very easy and take 15 minutes a day and very clear. Can already feel my face getting tighter and better breathing.

Great app., immediate difference

Super happy with this app and the graphics to help with the exercises. I noticed a marked difference in my sleep after a session. It's super easy and is a very succinct way of improving my health.

Just like the regular gym exercising your muscles, these simple exercises seem to be helping to cut down on my snoring. Strange but true!

Try this! It works!

I have been using this app alongside some other oral facial myotherapy that I found online. My snoring has decreased from a 68 to a 9! I am hoping that it will continue to drop. I also highly recommend the SnoreLab app. I have the paid version and I’m so thankful. I had tried everything before finding these two apps (pillows, wedges, nasal strips, mouth taping, etc). But these two apps, as well as purchasing a REMastered water bottle, have been my snoring cure!

I’ve had a snoring problem for a long time. As measured by snore lab, I was snoring almost 40% of the time I was asleep, with an almost an hour of “epic” snoring on average. After six weeks of using Snore Gym, epic snoring is down to 15’ on average, and total snoring is down to 29%. More importantly, I feel more rested each morning on average.

These exercises help for more than snoring. Helps with chewing, swallowing and breathing. Great app to use everyday strengthen face, tongue and throat muscles.

App is great, stop bugging me to rate it and to download your other app

The app itself really is good - clear instructions, the animations are very helpful, I actually do the exercises, love that it tracks average time so it’s not like oh no you did it after midnight this day, you did nothing. Minus one star for the ad for the other app when I finish a workout, minus one star for bugging me to rate this when I finish a workout. Can’t even close those popups.

Relief to have real data to seek relief

The first night I had epic snoring all night. I began monitoring and utilizing recommendations and within a week I’d reduced 80% of the intensity/amount of snoring & feel a new lease on life. Works perfectly and SO affordable it’s difficult to believe. Also downloaded twin site SnoreGym which is equally efficacious and equally affordable. These 2 apps are my “Best Buy” of the last 25 years!

I have been using the app e ver uses and my snore score decreased from 56% to 33% in 3 days. I hope I can reduce as much as possible continuing with the excercises
