Still not able to watch the baseball game live

Up until this past week the app worked great. Not everytime I log in, I get an error about Licenses Unavailable

Huge improvement over the previous AT&T Sportsnet app. Much appreciated upgrade.

This app is definitely better than the old one. I’m still finding that AirPlay isn’t working though, please fix this or allow Xfinity to stream the channel out of the house WiFi or make an Amazon fire stick app!

This is such a improvement over the old app. The picture is actually clear and there’s finally a casting option.

I have an Xfinity account and I am unable to watch a live game. My only viewing option is on an demand video. Updated review: the live stream appears to be fixed.

Need an integration with Roku

Thought it was my wifi. It’s not. It’s this app. This app crashes multiple times throughout the game. Right around the midway point of the second period, the app crashes. This happens like clockwork. When I finally get it re-established, the video quality is poor and/or it freezes repeatedly. Then I have to spend five minutes, sometimes longer, to get the app reopened, find the spot in the broadcast where the app closed and then coax it to cast to my tv. Why isn’t the app available for smart TVs

Main positive is that app exists and that I’m able to cut cable and direct subscribe. Not being able to fast forward or rewind live games stinks. Anytime you do it jumps at least 5 minutes ahead or behind. App freezes a good bit and the interface is pretty bad

I only buy this app because we don’t have any of the big tv plans that carry SNP and I like be able to watch my Pens and Bucs. But for crying out loud FIX THE BUG THAT CONSTANTLY FREEZES AND KICKS ME OUT OF THE APP MULTIPLE TIMES A GAME!!! You charge $20 a month which is 3x more than any other app I use and none of them kick me out off the program like this app. I’ve given up on several pens games because I get tired of getting kicked out of the app. If I had a better option to watch my teams I

Closed captioning suddenly started a week ago, with no way to turn it off. I emailed tech support and they told me how to turn off CC on my iPhone. But it’s been off the whole time on my iPhone. Also, screening mirroring doesn’t work, just Casting. And it takes a long time to connect.

Poor quality when casting to a TV. Constant buffering, pixelated frames, and a significant delay to the live feed during telecasts. Tested other apps to confirm it was not the TV/network, but they worked just fine. Please explore a fix for the next update.
