5 Positive User Reviews for Solderbox

Semi-Modular | Fully-Fantastic | A New Favorite

Another incredibly intuitive, well designed, deeply considered, and just all around fun instrument to make some noise with. Brams previous collaborations with Hainbach were brilliant, this collaboration with Jakob is no less so, it’s a fantastic collaboration I hope everyone enjoys as much as I have. I’m grateful, Bram, that you find those creators inspiring enough to collab with, so that he can share your software wizardry with us other musicians to get inspired by. Thank you! 🎶🎹🪗

Another rare gem like Hilda

Bram Bos makes the best (indie) apps for iOS. This is no exception. With help from Jaqob Haq, this is going to easily be considered maybe the best synth of 2024. It is very unique, as expected from Bram Bos and the videos and reviews don’t do the instrument justice. Just like Hilda, you need to really use it to understand how great it is.

Very Good, could be Great

I know next to nothing about modular and I got this to learn. Some knowledge is needed because just plugging things in at random often has no effect. One small change that could help people visualize the signal better is to have a status LED next to each output, similar to the LFO status LED. Or maybe make the wires glow brighter with their signal. Another option is to offer an oscilloscope module but I suspec

Ultra cool patchable synth

This is incredibly fun and experimental. The sounds are great and presets are sick. I love the fact that the cables can stack in the patch, for multi targeting. This is also a hyper SFX and sound design beast. Oh yeah I like the Easter egg a lot…. Cheers.

Equal to or Better than RippleMaker

RippleMaker has still been my go-to for getting lost in making/shaping sounds. This app offers even more. If you like RM, you will like this.
