Everything about this app is stupendous. But gosh darnit I can’t get rid of it telling me I have an alert. The little thing won’t go away when I’m on my Home Screen. Would’ve been 5 star if that darn alert would just go away.

Tiffany was great. She listened to mom’s needs and diagnosed her appropriately. Katie, who checked us in was also very helpful. Everyone we encountered was friendly.

Please put chairs in the lobby for sick and dying patients.

The front office staff is very nice. The facility is clean and easy to find. The medical staff are very respectful and professional!

Took two of my daughters were not feeling their best . Register them very quick and we waited for like 30 min the booom all done . We walked in and got tested and all went nice and smooth . Ver nice clinic and the staff are great and friendly . Thank you doctor for your help as well .

Took several links before the right link worked, so my appointment was 30 minutes behind. But quality of video and audio was excellent. Obviously the convenience of making a virtual appointment is awesome as well.

The staffing is amazing and it’s easy to set an appointment online. The check in process is one of the best parts of the office. If they can’t make it to their doctor this is second home.💜

This urgent care is the most amazing one by far it was easy to make appointment online and when arriving the nurse at the desk was polite, the doctor listened to what I was there for and they made sure I felt comfortable and was took every step to make me feel better thanks I will be coming here and will refer there’s to come here as well plus the waiting area was very clean

Love them they do sweet and caring and fast check us better than the er..even though we has a lot going on which is understandable but sometimes urgent care seem to be better to me .

Upon arrival we were greeted by both security and the front desk person, they were both kind and friendly. The environment was clean and the lighting was appropriate. The wait time wasn’t bad and the Nurse Practitioner Jeffery was knowledgeable and professional.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location in Kingwood. I previously received better service from the crew on 249. I made an appointment for 9 PM, and upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that they were still seeing 7 PM patients and suggested I wait in my car. I understand that appointments are a priority, but I felt unwelcome and rushed throughout the process. As a result, I will likely not return to this location in the future.

My physician wrote an order for a blood draw, texted me that the order was in place. I downloaded the app, registered my husband and me - but have been unable to find where I could schedule my blood draw!!! So I am returning to the web page, NOT on the APP!!

Inconsistency between your clinic system and online service. I booked an appointment online, but it didn't show up on the Tukwila Clinic app. This is completely unacceptable and has caused a lot of inconvenience for me.
