Their attempt to force their customers to use this “new” app is a complete failure and, according to their befuddled employee I spoke with, they are very aware that it literally does not work. If you’re planning on buying Sonos equipment I would suggest you either wait till it works or get something else.
Sadly, the app is much more glitchy than it used to be. Long lags in turning on and off, and occasionally will shut down a set of speakers randomly when shifting volume.
Difficult to say anything about something really UNIQUE!!! 🤩
I would give five but your updates always happen on a Friday or weekend when I need it most it knocks my speakers offline.

When we moved to our retirement home and renovated it, we included a Sonos system for our LCD television and other speakers for music throughout the house. Very good sound, easy to control with iPhone app and interfaces with multiple streaming services. Perfect!
Simply does not load some music sometimes, and then those apps are clunky with Airplay.
Alexa + Spotify + Sonos = bugs never fixed
Great sound - need a better app and a better way to tweak/tune the system. Other than that I am a fan!
Had it for years and just added the sound bar. Amazing!
Sonos needs improve integration with services like Tidal and Spotify. You often cannot find the same interface as the apps.

The Sonos app is not just easy to use and understand, it truly puts all the things in one place making them easy to find.
Why can’t you add a shuffle feature, so that we can shuffle songs from Apple Music?
Should really have Apple Music lossless and Autolplay support. I’m also bothered by the fact that the hardware Amp skip track button doesn’t work with Apple “Radio” stations when they work in the app.
I’ve had Sonos products for about 5 years now and the Move has been the most disappointing. One of the two consistently becomes non functional at least twice a year. Currently troubleshooting, YET AGAIN.
It lets me take back control of my speaker when my neighbor tries to take it over and steal another one of my Spotify accounts
Lock Screen control, overall speed, and less logging in.
For some reason my system will connect and then disconnect numerous times during the day while trying to play music - it’s beyond annoying
The speakers rock but the app is average, not very intuitive and doesn’t connect well with other music apps.
AirPlay is great on new systems. The app is not great and that’s what you have to use with older hardware.
I love the system but if falls offline sometimes and you have to reinstall some of the speakers which is a pain!
It’s the best sound system money can buy
It would be great to be able to be able to perform multi select in certain flows. For example, if I’d like to add 3 songs from one album to my queue, I have to add them one at a time.
Why are the pin #s printed so small

Quite Often these speakers lose their connection amd need to be unplugged and rest in order to connect - very disappointing especially for the money
Please allow us to control two subs in home theater setup separately, especially the volume .
Discovering Sonos for my home was as Exciting as The Day My Parents Bought my first Transistor Radio in 1959........
The system is great hands down. It would be nice to stream off YouTube. Also good o many adds on the app.
We have a rather small house, and we really enjoy SONOS because we can use it from any point in the house, even upstairs.
I used to be able to control Sonos from my locked iPhone (volume or skipping tracks). It’s so frustrating to not be able to do that now!
Sounds is excellent once set up but wifi/speaker setup is a nightmare each and every time. Always a multitude of problems connecting. Sonos needs to fix.

The old version of this app worked fine. Now this nee version is HORRIBLE. It takes forever to recognize the song you are selecting. Its hard even stop the song from playing. This extremely slow responding application makes my speakers unusable. It feels like I have completely wasted my money.
The updated app is much more difficult to use. It’s highly annoying. It worked fine before.
Nothing but issues
How on Earth did you guys think it's ok to release the app knowing we can't change the QUEUE on our speakers!!!
