Soor is such an impressive take on an iPhone music player, with some truly innovative ideas in navigation and UI. Apple, please take notice because this little developer blew your Music app away.

Great Alternative to Apple Music and beautiful UI. I appreciate the transparency in the settings as well. I would just like request a True Black theme for the widgets as well. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you’ve done !

As it says on the tin: Simply a beautiful music player, with functions that are not only innovative and smart, but, GASP, intuitive! I don’t understand why Apple Music doesn’t have the kind of facility ans ease of use this app does, but I am grateful that someone out there has created a modern music player that makes sense. There’s a couple more alternative players pushing the envelope, but Soor is a favorite and the ONLY one of its kind that has figured out how to design one-handed navigation.

I really love the design of the app and the magic mix feature, which allows you to create custom playlists. The only feature that appears to be missing is autoplay. You have to use the native Apple Music app to enable autoplay. Pleaseeee add autoplay. Thanks for the great app!

The app is beautiful however the widgets won’t install on home page. The icon won’t switch either.

Great UI design! I like all the one handed gestures and the flow of animations. But it still has the same problem I have with Apples app and that’s the song queue feature. Queueing in this app works the same as apples if you want to queue a bunch of songs one after another they either get queued in reverse order than you wanted with play next or they get out at the bottom of a long playlist that your in which doesn’t help anyone if you wanted to hear that song next. Great app but until queue

Love the app. Better than the standard music app in every way. Except CarPlay. Now playing consistently freezes after the first scroll if trying to look at your songs coming up. No way to use it.

I love this app. Although I still use the official Apple Music app regularly, Soor is a great way to remember some of the hidden gems buried deep within my music library.

Long time Apple Music user, and man has Soor saved me from completely switching to Spotify. Has most if not all the lacking features, and has dark mode. Beautiful app as well. UI IS SO NICE.

I think what sets this apart is the fact that its feature rich… it has plenty of widgets to choose from and the interface is wonderfully put together. Truth be told, I actually purchased this when it was an iPhone only app. For which I don’t have an iPhone… I specifically used it for the widgets with my iPad. But I think the app is beautiful… if you are interested in a different Music App, look no further.

First of all I think that this is an amazing app and really works really well. I just wish there was an option to control the volume inside the app instead of using the volume buttons like the standard music app has. Other than that I have no complaints. Outstanding app!!

I’m not sure if the developers have ever had physical copies of music or books. Sort by duration? Title of album? Number of plays? How about ARTIST? This is no better than the Apple Music app which also has this inscrutable non-sorting. I returned it.

Soor is simply a better music player than the Apple Music player. The interface is more logically laid out and easier to use. Essential for anyone who spends a lot of time working with music libraries.

This is way better than the stock Apple Music app. One thing I would love is that when you love a track it automatically adds it to your library so that in the mixtape playlist you have it automatically added there. Other than that this is well worth the purchase!

is it gone because of the api restrictions imposed on similar apps (like cider on windows?) hopefully apple can resolve this because i absolutely hate the default music app

This is by far the best Apple Music client available , I so wish I could solely relayon this. The UI is amazing and beautifully crafted.

It’s hampered a little by Apple’s poor APIs, but it’s obviously crafted by someone who cares a lot about music and UI, and I love having it in my collection of alternative music player apps. I’m happy this exists.

I’ll give it 5 stars when volume controls are added.

Love the experience there are a few limitations due to apple restrictions but still love the UI.

It has a great UI/GUI but ever since Apple Music released Losless and spatial audio it’s been hard to use this app. Will this app receive those same updates soon?

Great music player! Responsive and intuitive UI, Very easy to play your playlists. Only complaint is the subpar search function.

Very promising app, but the Apple stations do not work. Just a haptic feedback when pressing play. Still exploring the app, but could be a possible alternative to the Apple Music player.

I prefer this to apples stock app, but I have a weird glitch not allowing me to reorder the home screen and add new tabs; tried resetting to defaults and everything

Great app love the Ui and the animations, maybe the addition of an EQ would add to the user experience. Besides that solid music app replacement

this is an awesome platform to listen to music on, and i really enjoy that it’s compatible with apple music!!

It’s a good alternative to the actual Apple Music app. Good look and good sound quality. I’d like if there was more customization with the colors of than just the them, like the color the buttons and the play bar. Good app overall

I would give this app a 5 star rating but I can’t do the same for a song I discovered while playing music. Please add this to local playback.

Please add a volume slider of some sort because I can’t keep using the volume buttons they’re too tedious to use every time.

Innovative UI for one-handed use, really awesome once you try it out. Customizability of the sections is great and player is gorgeous.

This is by far one of the best music app for  music. And it was just updated with the best music widget for iOS 14!! Absolutely recommended it.

Recently played no longer updating.

Please make track skipping immediate and make the app compatible with ios track skipping controls instead of 30 second skipping. Then the app will be perfect.

Everything about it so good. But it really needs iPad and CarPlay support to complete the circle.

It worked perfectly until today update. Now I can not play or shuffle play, from the songs section

Why is there a lag when switching songs or an option to turn it off? If I wanted to hear the song for another two or three seconds I would not have hit next......

It crashes when you try to look some artist up on the “apple music” section using the searchbar. Sometimes it also crashes when im idle which is dissapointing since i spent $10 for this.
