I love this app for working with my patients with dementia. Spaced retrieval is excellent for helping individuals with dementia remember important things (names of caregivers, where they live, where to look if they need to find information, etc.). I found this app to be extremely useful during therapy sessions. When juggling multiple activities it can be difficult to remember to cue a patient for each specific interval. This app makes spaced retrieval an easy way to incorporate prospective and short term memory tasks into treatment

Simple, easy way to quickly take data. The option to email the results of the therapy session streamlines documentation.

This is a glitchy app, and it doesn’t let you close your keyboard after entering the question. So then you are just stuck in limbo in front of the patient. It is useless and a waste of money.

This app is too simplistic. I could perform the exercises in exactly the same manner with the stop watch on the iPhone. The user should at least be able to save training sessions for future use. Also the timing is confusing. The SRT therapy itself is brilliant and everyone should try it, but the app itself needs a major overhaul.
