I appreciate the app and record almost every ride — but one of the primary reasons I went with a Specialized Turbo Levo was for Smart Control where the bike would adjust its power assistance based on a target heart rate. The missing feature is kind of a big deal to me so I am anxious for the feature to be included again.

Can’t figure out how to add the bike to find my app.

I am very disappointed that the app will not download ride data from the TCU if the iPhone was not attached during the ride. Also the ride setting while riding only shows the map that eats battery power and cannot turn off. You cannot show a large panel of stats instead. Watch display cannot be customized. This app is not ready for prime time yet.

I didn’t think it would be this noisy. There are 6 Vado e-bikes in our group. Mine is the newest and the noisiest. Not to happy

Love it but since the new iOS update my heart rate is gone from my watch app. Help please?

I just purchased a new Turbo Levo gen3. This app is the most frustrating thing ever. Finds bike and all but just keeps saying connection to bike failed. It shows up in my Bluetooth setting and I can get the bike and phone to pair but the app just keeps saying the same thing over and over.

I love the app but it would be great to show the odometer in the homepage instead of the recorded one. Indeed I don’t record a lot of rides. Or maybe you could put a way to record rides automatically? And also I love to upgrade firmware it feels we have a new device :) I can’t wait to have this feature on the app Update: since ios26 the autostart and autostop does not work some time. Like 24h after the distance is not reset when I start a new ride and it is keep it the old ride.

I haven’t had any issues with this app and connection with my Turbo Levo 4. I’m just hoping Specialized will come out with over the air future bike firmware updates. I’ve heard that you currently have to take the bike to a shop for that. That can be inconvenient. Let’s do it developers!

I’ve never figured out what the app updates are or do. Updates to my Vado bike system seem to be only available from my dealer, which I’ve done once when having bike serviced. It’s been a good bike, rough ride on city streets, see suspensions are available on newer Vados.

It’s just amazing! Couldn’t be happier!

The app tracks my Garmin info and allows me to pick which bike I rode. Some good info listed.

Best bike app I could ask for. However, Bluetooth disconnected and keeps prompting me to reconnect my app - never works now. But once it’s fixed, 5 star app.

Not as good as the Mission Control app. The 80% limit for battery charging does not work. The stats and the map are on the same screen which makes the stats harder to read while riding. The stats are much easier to read on the Mission Control app. The map is really poor and not very useful compared to the map on the Mission Control app which is pretty good and useful on a ride.

Really miss those jump stats

Charge Limit feature does not work. I’ve enabled it and the battery continues to charge to 100%. Before a recent update the feature worked. Now broken. Links to submit questions asks for location first. Those link selections don’t work.

Update to five stars: With added Smart Control, app is exactly what was needed. TY for the update. Is there no longer a Smart Control with new app?? Cmon guys. It’s been long enough. Get Smart Control up and running. It’s a good app now but would be great with that updat.

The old Mission Control app shows firmware versions and any updates available. I can’t see this info in the new version. Either I’m not looking at the write place, or this functionality is missing. Just updated my firmwares but only because I looked in Mission Control

I cannot get my custom motor tunes to save. They are gone every time the ride. The old app was better in this regard. It is not all bad though. There are many great features on the new app. Looking forward to a fix for the custom motor tunes issue and other issues noted by others.

Need to be able to tie in HR monitors

App is cool, not sure why Smart Control is missing and I need to use the Mission Control app instead for that feature… Record Ride is awesome. Would be cool to see other display options for bigger text/parameters while riding with the phone mounted to the bars.
