Imagine trying to get gas so you can get home from work and your stuck on a 40min hold for no one to still answer. When I can’t change my password or even try to because it won’t let you pick a new number or email. The app is terrible and till they care about PICKING UP THE PHONE I wouldn’t recommend this app

Love this app especially being a truck driver definitely recommend it to other drivers. 10/10

If you are unable to log in or getting an error code when entering your phone number, 7/11 customer support can fix it quickly. App is great.

I live in Covington Kentucky and I use to travel a lot and I use to always find deals that totally helped out. Buying gift cards and knowing that I would rack up point and always having that extra drink was always a plus. I have tried Theron’s and many other places but there is something that sets speedway apart from the others they have great service, variety of merchandise at an affordable rate, respectful staff, and they are so amazing so if you don’t go to speedway definitely go and check it

I have always loved this app. I buy gift cards and load them in the app. Very convenient! However, the app has lost my gift card information recently two different times. I had to find the cards and reload them. Not convenient and a little frustrating. Told by the store this has been happening when there is an update to the app. Be alert

I used to love this app, but rarely stop at Speedway any more since I’m not close to one between work and home. I have tried to log in several times the past couple weeks and it keeps telling me that there’s an error.

The app is really helpful and the savings are better I use it daily

It gave me a card but won’t let me merge my actual card to it an says to update to use that feature but it shows it didn’t need a update

I was unable to login using the number I originally added to my account. I had to put in my new number and verify to be able to put in my email address verify it and then log in. It updated my alternate ID to get rewards.Then had to verify my number again to log into the app. That is a lot of work just to log in.

App is good but also trash I logged out and couldn’t log back in because I never set up my phone number with my email I lost my card and tried to sign in with email and it wouldn’t let me back on needs a better log in system and their merge option still doesn’t work emailed the tech support they told me to use the card I no longer have

I downloaded the app yesterday & redeemed 700 points for a hot coffee. When I went Speedway to get a hot coffee on a cold day, I was told 700 points is wrong - it’s for 7-11. I was told to call customer service to get my points back. Too much hassle for a cup of coffee.

What happened to the option to mark stations as favorites??? It’s been missing for a while now. I hate when developers make changes and remove useful features. I used this option for my frequent routes, out of my home location.

I have over 30,000 points that I have been saving up to use. I finally downloaded the app and it won’t let me sign in. I tried going to the website to see if I could sign in that way and it’s still throwing errors. Not sure what else to do as there’s no support system that I have seen.

I’ve been trying for months now to use the app to register my card and setup an account. I keep getting error messages and when I go to the pumps the scanner doesn’t read the barcode. I’ve tried the card and keychain versions.
