I was offered a discount in the beginning of this process and now no discount it was extremely difficult to utilize the website with it freezing every 20 seconds

From the check-in to on board I had a great experience. Professional staff and service was great. Plane was cleaned.

Using the app to book is so much more efficient than booking online.

Virtually nothing works on this site. It is taking me multiple times to try to make a reservation. Join their super savers club obtain their Bank of America credit card. Their phone service is completely nonexistent. I was on hold for 18 minutes with nothing. Kinda like the airline itself, the seats are hard, the spaces short and the waits are long

Loved flying with spirit airlines! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Some things like check in I was only able to do in the app it would not work for me online. For that I give marks for the app. But it is still wonky and awkward. Had to futz with it a bit to get my booking properly updated with the extra purchases. In the end, it all came out all right so three stars.

Spirit gets a bad rap, but I’ll tell you, I’ve always had wonderful flights with Spirit. The majority of my travel each year is on Spirit. The planes are newer and the delays are fewer!

Staff was kind and understanding. Many people on my flight were first time flying and staff was attentive.

I’ve called twice and tried getting my correct birthdate added to my profile and tried online emailing and spirit just can’t get it right Other than that I’ve been very satisfied with Spirit

I’m having difficulty booking for a friend using my account. Are we allowed to use our Spirit number for credit towards our account?

Having access to the app is the best thing that could’ve happened. At your fingertips book flights check status. I enjoy this better than checking my emails to see if anything changes. Bravo spirit you’ve yet again impressed me.

So far I had a couple of problems on the website and had to call customer service 3 times to get my reservations booked. System problem and language barriers.

I was told one carry on was allowed I was not told there was a charge. Also I told the agent that I had a ski bag and I made it clean so she charged for one bag . I don’t want to be charged extra

We have flown them several times and always had a pleasant experience. Staff friendly and professional. They have always treated us well.

It’s pretty simple but it works. Would be better if we could change language on settings

Really an easy way to check in and show boarding passes. I still book using the website more flexibility

The app is sometimes slow to respond and refresh, but you can easily keep track of your flights, book travel and extras, check your air miles, etc. there is one annoying thing and that is it acts like I’m not a credit card holder and I always have to see the advertisement. Oh well, if that’s the most annoying aspect other than slow loading, I’d say it is a fairly good app.

Spirit has a bad rep online, yet I’ve had no problems and they’re my airline of choice. Perhaps it’s because I’m close to one of their main airports that the service is great, not mind blowing but enough to keep me coming back. And sure, you get very bare minimum, but isn’t that the reason why one chooses to fly with them? I Pat for what i get and I think that’s great, I’d I want the extras, I’ll be more than glad to Pay, sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. But I’m always excited for my flight.

Does what it’s supposed to do works well on iOS

I will never fly Spirit again due to everything being ala-Carte! I should have just booked Delta

I don’t care what anybody says, I love flying with Spirit! The app is great, I highly suggest using it anytime you fly with them👍🏾
