Trying to set up account using the team code and can’t get past the parent birthdate requirement. Trying on iPhone and iPad, same issue

The notifications have stopped for this app. We have missed important team updates due to this issue. Please fix!!

Good all, but recently I do not get any notifications on app. Please provide an app update. After reading reviews it is clear this is a widespread issue. Three people using app in my house are not receiving the notifications.

I’ve never had an issue with the app, then two weeks ago I suddenly stopped receiving notifications. I’m checking the app every few hours to see if there is anything has been posted. Please fix the lack of notifications.

Love this app for communicating with my son’s soccer team. The one thing I wish it had was a snack calendar! We are always scrambling trying to figure out who is bringing snacks to games. And then when we do try to get a signup going, it’s always frustrating trying to remember what service we’ve used look up who’s doing what when it comes to game days. It would be amazing to have it built in here to this app we’re already using!

This app has been a life saver for the junior high sports that I coach. The students and parents can get updates from me anytime, message me anytime, it’s wonderful. The in app calendar is a HUGE plus. I’m keeping the five star rating but the only hiccup is it needs to be restarted every now and then when using the app on an iPad. A little lag time but not enough to remove a star.

This has been such an amazing tool for communicating with athletes and parents!

I like sports you because you know when practice is and everything the only thing I don’t like is that we can only watch a certain amount of videos!

We love using this app for our figure skating team however, when we create a group chat for some of our team members, we are unable to see who has viewed the chat. It tells us how many people have viewed it, but we cannot see who from the group has seen it. Is there a way to check this?

The app hasn’t seen any noticeable improvements in 2 years. When I enter Posts from an iPhone, and go to next and go back, it is impossible to edit the post as the space I have is less than a single line while I have a ton of white space underneath it. I can’t do photos and background colors. I can’t reply to a comment. It rather just puts new comments at the end even though I may be replying to something further up. I really like the app it’s pretty easy to use. I have multiple teams that I need to communicate with at times and the fact that I can post to all of them is great. My only issue with the app is 1 I can’t copy and paste for the calendar and two of I mess up I can’t delete when writing a chat. I need to be able to make corrections

I use sportsYou for my track team. It’s great! If there’s a track cancelation, I get notified. There’s even a calendar for events to be scheduled on. One issue though. The notifications go out as “announcement from Coach B.” It would be so much easier if there was a way to have stuff send out as cancelations. Otherwise, you have to go into the app and read that there’s a cancellation.

This is definitely the best sports communication app we’ve ever used and prefer it over band for sure. However I cannot give it 5 stars because there are still a lot of bugs with it. Sometimes I’ll open the app and I can’t see anything on my home page after I get a notification about posts being made on one of my Teams. Other times the app just won’t load at all and I’ll have to go to the online version to see the notification. If we can fix bugs that I constantly see after using the app for

I love this app but there needs to be a delete and/or edit option in the chat. People make mistakes, want to edit or delete their words etc and it’s not possible. It would be very nice to be able to do this. Thanks for considering.

Im a parent as well as a coach that uses these apps. Sportsyou is the best sports app for communication with teams! Hands down!!

So it doesn’t always load and that kinda gets annoying and it’s very slow and sometimes lags idk if this happens to everybody but it gets annoying when I’m trying to send something to my ceo and it’s slow can you work on that. Other than that it is great 😊

Easily the most efficient and safest platform around if you’re a coach. It does everything you need. I’ve tried a multitude of communication apps for my team and nothing comes close to sportsYou, it’s fantastic. If you’re a coach and not on sportsYou yet, why not?!

It’s has really upped our game as far as communication with student athletes as well as parents/guardians! And the support is 2nd to none!!

Works so well for my dojo and the parents. Very organized and the calendar is helpful to keep track of events.

Helps me see my lax schedule

- the new splash screen is painfully long. 3 of 4 times the user intent for accessing the app is to reference important logistic info from coaches or games, while in context of more urgent decision making. I use this for my travel team as well as our rec league and I have to say, it is the best app that is out there right now. It allows you to post photos, update games and practices all on one calendar that allows you to link up to your phone calendar. You are able to post files ( such as minutes and rules) and chats amongst the whole or individually. Only thing I don’t like, is that there is no tagging option, so if I want to reply back and tag a person, I am not able to.

We were forced to switch to this app from the Band app. I found it really lacking that we cannot add images to comments, and the event, reservations and interactions are lacking. The app itself is responsive, enough, and the user interface is not a challenge however, it seems a lot of room for growth is available.

Easy to use and free!

Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this app made me feel like I need to. It does its job in letting me contact my students in a secure manner, which is all fine. But wow, the group chats are so slow when I scroll up or down through the chat history. I’m not sure if the developers took advantage of using a lazy list to render everything, but it feels like it’s all stored in memory on runtime. There’s no reason my iPhone 16 pro should be having performance issues on a scrollable screen in 2025. T
