Convenient and easy
Parking garage was easy and convenient to get into. Vehicles were safe and secure. However it took almost 45 min to exit due to all the traffic congestion after the Giants game. I use Spot Hero all the time and will continue to do so!
Very easy and quick service
I needed a refund and it was done automatically, very easily
No Parking
Please ensure the parking lot will take cars. On Friday we were told we could not park! My wife will call to get the refund. I had to find another parking lot.
Always accurate and easy!
Easy to have plans before going to my event. Much cheaper options than if I waited until I got to the parking lot
Comfort and Security
Beyond saving money, I like the comfort and security of knowing I have a parking space, especially in unfamiliar locations. The app also shows you a picture of the parking facility and links you to directions. It’s very convenient.
Only used it once but worked perfectly
Was going into Boston for a Celtics game, was able to reserve a spot for $20 in a garage that was a 10 min walk from the garden. They sent me a qr code to scan at the gate and i was all set.
Good service but get rid of over size vehicle charge.
I like using Spot Hero. I just wish they would not charge a over size vehicle charge for my small SUV. It only takes up one spot and is not as large as a Suburban or anything like that. I feel it’s just a way for them to charge $10 more.
Life Saver!
If you love to travel and go to events especially in big cities this app is a huge life saver and works every time!
Hours inaccurate.
Booked a garage for 430 am as it was supposed to be open 24 hours. It was open 6 am to midnight. No answer at SpotHero at that time so I booked another garage. They did respond to my email later in the day and after speaking they issued a refund as a SpotHero credit, which was not made clear to me.
Followup: I found out the actual hours by contacting the garage later in the day.

Not quite “5”
This is my go to app for the lowest price parking in Chicago! I have at times a misleading address. Going to a restaurant on upper Wacker the garage DID NOT specify upper/lower. Upper would be a 2 minute walk across the street. Lower would be a 15 min walk with Stairs. I chose to park curbside 1 minute from the restaurant and ate the garage cost for an appetizer. 👎

Service cannot be better. If the lot is full or you need to cancel your reservation. Spot Hero is there to help on the phone with a LIVE person! Can cancel with ease. Love it.

Great app for parking in SF
I’ve been using this app for over a year to search for affordable parking. It has been so convenient to schedule spots in advanced which is extremely helpful when there is a ballgame and garages up charge their prices which can save big bucks if you are in the city often. Have recommended to many friends and colleagues. Thanks, SpotHero! Ps, most garages won’t let you access prior to your reservation booking time, so be prepared to get in at the appropriate time or after.
