Love this app and platform - easy to use and understand!

Overall the app is easy to use. Love that the team that created this app actively listens to feedback. I’ve seen a number of improvements during my time using the app. Makes me feel like my feedback matters and that the team cares about their users.

Easy to use, my kids club recently started using and really like the notifications - this has been very helpful!

Saves me from tons of headaches on the weekends when my son plays soccer

I never write reviews but I wanted to give props to Sprocket! 3 kids on 3 different teams was pure chaos until our club switched over. Having all their schedules and messages together in one place has made managing everyones time so much easier!

Appreciate that they’ve continued to improve it, it’s become really good

It’s great that this app provides Club info and registrations and not just the Team schedule/chat. I just registered my kid for his team quickly via the App and then also was able to access recent Club updates as well. Also, it’s very quick and easy to click through to Team Schedules and to see RSVPs and Team Chats.

Every time I go to messages or click the flag for a message sent, it goes to a message from weeks ago and I have to scroll allll the way to the bottom to get to the current message. Please fix!

If a link is shared in the team chat (to tourney details) and a user clicks the link but then comes back to chat, the app is freezes and you need to close out. Cannot scroll history without freezing.

I was able to register my player so easily! A clear improvement from what we were using previously. Also, I love being able to communicate with all my coaches in one spot.

The app notifications drive me crazy. They don’t clear even after I’ve read the new message, closed and reopened the app. It’s very annoying to see a notification only to open the app and there is no new message or event. Please fix this!

Need to add a timer to the app. Also randomly signs you out all the time

App is OK. I am a coach and was told I needed to use this. There always seems to be issues whether it is the app crashing or not opening. Just today I was trying to send a photo / screenshot to my team and each time I tried to do that the app crashes and closes.

It is annoying how many times I have to log into the app, but the biggest issue I have is anytime I go not the app, it doesn’t take me to the current date. I have to scroll from the first inputted item from month ago to scroll to todays date. This needs to be looked at and fixed.

You’ve got to come up with a way to set the time and reset the time. And to adjust scores in the event of an errant tally. See teamsnap for how to do it right.

App did an update and direct messages disappeared. Lost team communication/notes halfway through the season. Not great!
