The search feature is horrible. You can type in the exact name of something and it barely comes up. If you type in a general item it will give you many completely unrelated items.

Deleted the app because there were no settings to control unwanted notifications from the app. I only want notification related to my orders but unfortunately there was no way to turn off promotional notifications and so I deleted the app and will instead use the website only.

Love sprouts, love their website, but the app is glitchy, also hope they figure out how to give us the aisle numbers of the items like most grocery store apps.

When picking up an order, if I click on the “ On My Way”, they are looking for me or calling me within 6 minutes. This has happened every time, and at two locations. According to an employee I talked to, the app sends them a message right away that you’re there, even though you clicked “on my way” and are traveling. Other apps I use work correctly, such as Walmart, Stater Bros., Home Depot. The employees don’t come out till you’ve clicked, “I have arrived.” I’ve seen other mentions of this probl

I like what you're selling but I got confused at checkout in store because the cashier was pushing the $2 cash back so much I really thought when I scan the QR code after making an account I'd get it back but it excludes prior purchases. I blasted this app pretty hard in my previous review, but it appears that they have fixed all the issues. There are no longer ‘sponsored’ search results when you’re looking for items, and the app correctly determines the nearest Sprouts store. Putting together a grocery list for in store shopping is incredibly easy, and unlike others (Publix), they have no problem showing the prices of items in the app. This is now one of the best grocery store apps on the App Store, and even though it’s mor

I use this app frequently to see if my local Sprouts carries an item I’m interested in buying. Most of the time the app is correct but a few times I’ve not been able to find an item the app shows as the store having – and neither can an employee tell me where it is. What would really make this app a five is if the aisle and shelf location were added to the product descriptions. This would save a lot of time and aggravation. If Target and Walmart can do it, so can Sprouts!

This is my number one store for deliciously, fresh fruit, and vegetables. I love the wide selection of sourdough, chocolate, nuts, and dairy products. So grateful to have Sprouts in my backyard!

This app makes life very convenient! I love trying new recipes and it is so easy to see if all of the necessary ingredients will be at the store or not. Very cool!

Things like geographic info for produce is missing sometimes, other stuff like that.

I like sprouts, but some of the new staff, not very friendly or helpful..... I young lady charged me for many pounds of onions, and I only bought two onions, I took the receipt next time I shopped there, and the manager said, it’s been over a week, so she did not give me a refund.

Best grocery store on the planet. Can be a bit pricey at times but other than that it’s my favorite store.

I enjoy shopping at Sprouts they have Excellent deals on Healthy food! And the best Holistic Supplements for my pure body n soul!

I use this app to shop for all my groceries, but I’m looking for an alternative to expensive meal delivery service. The app has some great recipes and includes an option to shop ingredients. The down side is that all ingredients are not included to be able to add to my cart. Please update this and I’ll cancel my meal service and use Sprouts for everything!

I’m a college student and my mom told me to download the app for the coupons. When I was exploring the app, I liked that it has a “grocery list” option. It helps me budget and to buy what I need not what I want :)

When looking for product availability in the different stores in my area, it doesn’t change the store, but goes back to a default.

Limited app there’s not even a CANCEL BUTTON WHEN YOU JUST PLACED AN ORDER!! No CUSTOMER CHAT NOTHING. It’s pointless to have an app just use Instacart indefinitely

I like the app but it has logged me out on at least 1 occasion. I want to stay logged in to the app, and I haven’t had problems with other grocery store apps.

I HATE THIS APP. Whatever I type in to search for, isn’t what shows up. I have to scroll through several other items that are usually completely unrelated. The ‘receipt’ tab is also useless. Why doesn’t it show an actual receipt so that I can return something with it rather than holding on to a piece of paper? Ugh. Not at all user friendly.
