Honestly this has been one of the best things for my health! Spruce is so polite , attentive and get you exactly what you need. I’ve had some ups and downs with my health and they have truly helped so much. Highly recommend

The app is seriously game-changing for our practice. It has so many options for automation and gives our patients a HIPAA-compliant option to reach us. Getting quick customer support is not always optimal but mostly I can’t complain.

Works great, easy access to my Doc.

I feel so much better since I have my weight loss was over 220 pounds at one time and currently weight 167. I have not seen Thais weight in twenty years. So happy . I love everybody at this office. I have dealt with them for at least two years and absolutely have never had any bad experiences. They are extremely nice and professional and are very quick to assist with anything necessary. It is so uncommon to see that in a medical practice. Our pediatricians office uses Spruce for scheduling, doctors notes, and you can ask medical questions even after hours. It’s so easy to schedule/reschedule appointments without having to call, leave a message, wait for a call back etc. This is the first provider that we use that has this service and I wish they’d all use it!

This App has been sooo user friendly that I’m totally Amazed!! I’m so glad my Physician, Dr. Walker, recommended it!! This app has allowed me to easily send messages to my PCP w/ ease and get so many things accomplished that used to take weeks with my previous DOC , who apparently wasn’t familiar w/ Spruce!

The company that I work for provides the service for free and I’ve never used it, so it’s Easter Sunday my asthma is acting up curious to what I’m gonna do because I don’t have a prescription ready. I left a review saying I had struggled because there was little personalized help and I had spent a ton of time sorting through their help center and still didn't really feel like I was set up right. The reply that I got to the review said, " We certainly don't want you to have to 'go it alone' or figure things out through trial and error. Have you explored our help center?" This is exactly the problem. They insist it isn't AI answering questions. But I ask a question and the reply obviously do
