Spruce: Medical Communication App Reviews

Our pediatricians office uses Spruce for scheduling, doctors notes, and you can ask medical questions even after hours. It’s so easy to schedule/reschedule appointments without having to call, leave a message, wait for a call back etc. This is the first provider that we use that has this service and I wish they’d all use it!

It makes it so much easier to communicate w your office

This is a very good form of communication for patients. It reduces the stress of going to the office and traveling.

This App has been sooo user friendly that I’m totally Amazed!! I’m so glad my Physician, Dr. Walker, recommended it!! This app has allowed me to easily send messages to my PCP w/ ease and get so many things accomplished that used to take weeks with my previous DOC , who apparently wasn’t familiar w/ Spruce!

The company that I work for provides the service for free and I’ve never used it, so it’s Easter Sunday my asthma is acting up curious to what I’m gonna do because I don’t have a prescription ready. Spruce works perfectly to communicate with my doctor. So much easier and closer communication than calling.

What a blessing to be able to receive the help I need. A face to face conversation is just as good for me as person to person. I would not take time to drive to Houston. I feel comfortable and confident that Delightful Psychiatry is treating me as well as anyone could.

The best platform ever invented

I love Spruce. It’s wonderful to be able to communicate directly with my doctor and not have to wonder if the message is getting through —receptionist to nurse to doctor. It’s easy to use and has made a difference in my care.

I wish the portal had more information such as prescriptions, information from last visit, date of last visit, etc.

I’ve never used software like this app before now and I absolutely love it! I’ve had such an easier time contacting my provider and has taken out the anxiety of the whole process. I’m glad this service exists especially the video calls!

I left a review saying I had struggled because there was little personalized help and I had spent a ton of time sorting through their help center and still didn't really feel like I was set up right. The reply that I got to the review said, " We certainly don't want you to have to 'go it alone' or figure things out through trial and error. Have you explored our help center?" This is exactly the problem. They insist it isn't AI answering questions. But I ask a question and the reply obviously do
