Very easy! Good job to all!

App seems fine but I can’t select my date of birth, so it does not work for me. I will try to use the actual website and print it out.

Just spent a couple of minutes to fill in the forms and found it super user friendly

Esta herramienta no captura las fechas exactas. Aparentemente la fecha que queda registrada es 1 dia antes de la seleccionada. Muy incogruente

Calendario en la app no muestra el mes

It’s basic and needs to have some info saved for future uses and also it would be nice to add kids under one adult. It has multiple bugs in and out of the software but never the less the app is useful.

This app works well and is a great way of making travel safe and easy. I have used it three times and each time it has worked flawlessly. Just be patient, follow instructions and it will all be fine.

Why do i have to enter all my address and the hotel for each family member,allow me to copy a form for multiple family members/travelers

I started filling out the form on the website. How do I access it from the app?

I entered my date of arrival and 12 Sep 2021 on the app. The QR code/PDF is registering the date as 12/09/2021. Is this a European way of writing the date or is this registering DECEMBER 9??? Confusion. Hope I can enter, too late now

Just follow the instructions and it’s a piece of cake. You can fill out most of the information anytime and go back and complete the rest 48 hours before your trip.

The app works, but is clumsy to use. Errors appear but then it is difficult to see what the errors are. Also the ‘continue’ buttons is often hidden behind the keyboard.

For family trips with the same destination and home address, suggest adding an option to duplicate entries with those details. Otherwise, very easy to use

Doesn’t remember all of the relevant information and it’s also challenging to hit the “Continue” button at the bottom.

La regulación actual indica que los menores de 12 años no deben presentar nada. Esta aplicación no permite seleccionar NINGUNA para los menores.

Not sure why the other reviews were so low. Maybe it was before bug fixes. My experience was easy and straightforward. I like that I could start and come back to my trip 48 hours before travel. That is very convenient.

Rellene el formulario en el ordenador pero no encuentro forma de verlo reflejado en mi aplicación del móvil!

Debería haber una manera de marcar una casilla para familias que viajan juntas y que tienen el mismo lugar de residencia email etc, para no tener que rellenar.
