The toolkit delivered with this app is incredibly complete. You are someone who wants to know numbers about the outside world - location, distance, measurements, and direction. Load it. Take a look at the manual. Buy the subscription if this is a toolbox you can use, because this is a great implementation of a hellovalotta work.

I brag about this app to most everybody in my industry. I work in the Radio Communications field aligning antennas for long distance point point microwave paths. This thing has saved me so much time and headache from the way I used to do it before it’s unbelievable. Once you wrap your head around the power of this app, you will be amazed. My favorite feature is being able to calibrate my physical position on the earth and fine tuning adjustment using the sun, or a physical way point on cloudy

And thank you so much for granting the Lifetime Pro unlock. So few devs are honoring that agreement it seems. The original payment scheme, us long time users were originally accustomed to. I’ve always been very pleased with all the apps from you or your team.

This app works very well for a variety of functions. Useful for finding your way day or night. The interface is pretty intuitive, and with some practice, it works very well. I have also been very pleased with the performance, and the free updates! Thank you!

Great app - but good luck explaining to Country X military/law enforcement why you have an app called “Spyglass” installed and/or open on your phone, unless you just get kicks out of being detained.

I signed on to write a review and saw some raves from a boat captain and a pilot. I can't add anything to that but to say "yeah, it's that good."

This was a good app. I even paid for the full version. Then one day I launched the app and was met with “your Subscription Has Expired.” Basically saying, you paid the price we ask for our app, but now we want more money from you. How about NO! I will bought a hand held compass. Buy once and done. Just like the original agreement I had with this developer. I hate Subscriptions for apps, especially ones I already paid for.

Absolutely invaluable. An absolute must have for military. Fantastic for hunters as well. I am an officer in the National Guard and I use this app constantly in the field. Absolutely fantastic!

This is my favorite land navigational apps !

While I have had Spyglass for a number of years, it has never been a go to app. It is just too complex with numerous useless and cumbersome options. I have successfully used Spyglass as a clinometer in the past, but tonight it would not work. I could not get it to work with the camera tonight as it used to to get the elevation of a thunder cloud. Frustrating!

As you may notice iOS had disabled the it’s own compass app,and made this app a must-have tool, although the interface of PRO version could be simpler and easier for amateur like me. I wish I can copy-paste my location info (incl. GPS coordinator) to SMS and other apps.

I use this app on the Amtrak Acela. It’s great. I just leave it open. Shows the speed and the map of the areas, towns and cities is great!

This was a great app when it first came out and now instead of offering continued features to early adapters. It has switched to a three dollar a month plan, so sorry this has happened.

True North and magnetic North were the same. Tried several things to get it to change over to no avail. Other aspects seem to be fine but true North was why I bought the app.
