I have used SPYPOINT for a few years now, and have 18 cameras out, four cameras 12 hours away, and 14 cameras 2200 miles away. The recent upgrade to the app is very nice. The cameras can be hit or miss sometimes, and as such, I always have a month to month plan because they tend to go down (solar panel not charging or they need a reboot) and it may be months before I can get to them. Has all the same standard stuff other trail camera apps have, but I don’t like how you must join a special group (insiders Club) to share photos with family members. Also not liking that you must join this club for a year at a time ($120) but the cameras you can do monthly. Spypoint needs to Make the sharing Club a monthly subscription also (and like other trail camera companies).

These cameras are great. They take great pictures most of the time. The biggest problem is they send tons of pictures of nothing, eating up the sent pictures capacity. I have even set the sensitivity to low and they still send several pictures of just what the camera is pointing at. I’m starting to believe it is to get you to buy a subscription. I can tell you I will not be buying these again.

Accept sealed SKYPOINT cameras!

I have had 2 Flex M cameras now for a couple years now. I have read the review issues. 1- camera taking pics of nothing, if you set up to avoid branches, weeds ect. And set to lowest setting, all will be good. 2- problem with app, I think it's a problem with the operator. It will take at least 1 year of playing with the settings to get it right, I run Lithium batteries , after 2 years , still got 67%, on for 2 months then put away till next year. Great pics and great camera, just play with it.

Very easy to use. Set up very easy and walks you through everything clearly. Best part is you don’t have to do the cellular plan with SPYPOINT.

What happened to battery percentages and signal strength percentages????? Seriously this layout is better??? Definitely worse than before. Why would anyone want more clicks to get to status? The rows of cameras are so large you can only see 2 at a time. The old slim rows were so much better. Please add the option to go back!!!

My camera filter continues to go on and I haven’t received any pictures in 2 days. Logged out and back in. Same issue.

On Monday, August 31 spypoint did an over air widespread firmware update and now half of my cameras do not work. Wouldn’t be a big deal but 25 of these are in the field and it’s five days until hunting season. Definitely poor timing!

It’s spontaneously stopped alerting my phone when photographs were downloaded. There seems to be no way to fix it. I’ve tried everything and checked every aspect of my alerts. I think I’ll drop my subscription and just get the card out to see what came through. Had this thing for about 9 months.

They work great like a week then they stop sending photos and the customer support is not very helpful they just tell you to do the on off fix 🙄 my understanding looking into it deeper when your way outside city limits and towers it doesn’t like to sync so you won’t get your photos

This app will run out of photos in a few days. You have to buy more pictures. The app makes you keep entering your info over and over. After you think you have gotten your payment in, I went to app and still no pictures. I’ve been back 3 times. I use my card multiple times every day with no problems until I hit this app. I’m about to throw away $600 worth big equipment to switch to another trail cam software and app. There is a 100% chance it will work better than spycam

App is terrible constantly freezes and need to redownload. Will not buy anymore cameras after the ones I currently have.

If it’s not one camera it’s the other! I’ve had issues with the LM2 for over a year now, really thinking about switching I’m done with it.

Love the cameras. But the app is very buggy. Fails to load the gallery and cameras almost daily with good service or WiFi.
