Very good

I have said elsewhere that unfortunately, using the 1908 GR is complicated. Even between my 1936 Latin LU and a 1950s LU 800 or 802/4 (one of those numbers is the English version of 800) I note critical differences, such as replacing dots with the episema. But, this is very good. I’m still wondering why the Marian antiphons are not separated from other Marian chants. And it would be helpful to have the Benedicamus Domino for the Masses which have them. Even the PCED Ordo indicates it is to be

A very helpful app

This is a very helpful app, especially for not so musically inclined people such as myself. I do have one request. There was an app called iChant that was rendered useless by the latest iOS update. It was basically like a little keyboard except for Gregorian chant. You press the note and you hear what the note should sound like. Could such a feature be added to this app? It would really put this app over the top.

Great App but please add Jubilate Deo Sequence

This is a great app. I am a beginner and I know other beginners who are discovering this wonderful app. For us beginners I would request you add the “beginners compilation” - the Jubilate Deo compilation issued in 1975. Yes there is a great deal of it in your Kyriale and Other Chants but not all of it and not in one place on the app. If you did you might have the distinction of doing more to further the goal of the Jubilate Deo than anyone else in over 40 years!

Good but we want more!

This app is great for what it has, and that’s a lot already! It needs (in my opinion) more content such as chants from the breviary (Roman Breviary hymns, etc.). There are no apps out there now (that I know of) that have the Breviary Hymns in chant notation with such a smooth playback feature as that in this app. Keep up the good work.

Great, but missing a whole season???

I love this app! It’s so useful for someone like me who needs the practice and sometimes is without my Liber and a cantor to direct the pitch. I love the simple chants additions as well! However, the whole Epiphany season is missing? The 4-6 Sundays following Epiphany, and the three Sundays leading up to Ash Wednesday are absent. Not sure why, but it’s happened before that something is missing or out of order compared to my Liber Brevoir. That aside, the app is fantastic.

A hidden gem

I discovered this app by Providence. I’m a cradle Catholic who has always been drawn to Gregorian chant. I just started attending Latin Mass and wanted a resource to help me learn how to chant to supplement my prayer life. This app has been extremely helpful in this capacity. The Interface is clean, simple and intuitive. Using the app on an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Best Way to practice chanting!

This app has become an indispensable tool when trying to learn different propers for the mass. The one thing i would love to see included in the future are parts of the Divine office. Maybe start with compline! Thank you for making such a great app at a very affordable price.

Best app for people that want to learn Gregorian chant

This app is the best if you want to learn Gregorian chant but you don’t have a car or stay inside so download this :D

Masterfully done!

This is the app the Church has been waiting for. Buy this app. Fix the liturgy. Fix the family. Fix the culture. So simple, even your parish choir director can use it!

Beautiful

Perfect for a beginner, will definitely use this for personal devotion

Very useful

As one who attends both the Ordinary and Extraordinary forms, the former also in Latin, this app is most useful. I like being able to reference the Propers and the Kyriale for the Commons.

Awesome App!

This app is perfect for practicing the chants for Sunday Mass! Thanks so much for making it!

Adjustment needed

NB: The Sundays of paschaltide are not enumerated the same way in the OF & EF. Today, 30 April 2017, was the 2nd Sunday after Easter in the EF, whereas it was the 3rd Sunday of Easter in the OF. Please correct. Fr. Fromageot, FSSP

Fantastic app!

Excellent app for learning chant notation. Best $3 I’ve spent in years.

So helpful!

This has been an amazing app, and has served me many times as both a cantor and chant nerd. I’m often asked to sing a new chant with little notice, and this gives me an extra tool in my prep kit. I highly recommend it.

Mass XVIIII and Feast of All Saints

Thank you for the app. I purchased it expecting to find all Mass 19 material and the Feast of All Saints Introit, Gradual, Alleluia, Offertory, Communion. But none are on there. Could we please have them added? Thank you, B

Some notation

Watch out if you want this as a backup for your Liber. It doesn’t have punctums or scalici.

Incredible app

This app is a real life saver for less musically inclined people. It lays everything out clear as day. You can start from anywhere in the piece, and control how fast it plays. Very well thought out.

Fabulous App

Thank you Fathers Matthew and Stephen Spencer for developing this fabulous app. I’m new to Gregorian chant and this is just what the doctor ordered. Love it!
