Apple TV/iPad

First off on iPad. After the last couple updates after we went to those new version. The app does not open. In landscape. It only opens in portrait. Space on Apple TV. before you went to this new version. It would open and you could do a couple things now it just opens and just the blink gray screen with a message on the screen. please fix for the iPad and Apple TV. If you get this, please respond via developers email. Thank you.

Can’t use

When I open the app, I get text on the screen that just says app_blocked_message. And app_blocked_TITLE. And can’t use the app
