Sometimes it works but most of the time I must get help in the store to figure out where I need to go and the deals are gone before I realize there was one because the store is so far from where I live.

This new version of Staples and the new app is genuinely good. Rewards points are the best rewards system of any retail.

I love being able to order from Staples whether it’s 3 o’clock in the afternoon or 3 o’clock in the morning a.m. but I know they’re always open And 99.9% of the time they have what I need .

Sunil in the Buford, GA store is the best. I had to print my best friend's obituary. Sunil and the new trainee made this impossible task bearable. Everyone was impressed with the final product. Thank you for the great customer service and care. I am forever grateful.

I’m 100% writing this as I stumbled across a feature within the Staples app that allows you to quickly display your rewards barcode. With the app open, at any point, rotate your phone in the landscape orientation and boom, your rewards barcode magically appears How have we gotten this far without every app with a rewards program adopting this feature. I find it more useful than adding it to your wallet!

Make sure to use their point system and printing services. Printing services can only be done online not through the app but they have great deals to use with points

The apps to fix the bugs it keeps crashing and messing up customers rewards.

Guess I hadn’t been on in a while and it logged me out. Took forever to get past some new rewards thing to agree to and so many screens wanting to tell me what was new and how to use the app as if this was the first app for a retail store I had ever installed in my life. I can’t imagine anyone getting past one or two screens before giving up.

I’m so annoyed. I just had 5 photo posters in my cart and the app closed out and now nothing is in my cart. Before you roll out a new app, make sure it works first?
