Videos produce no rewards. What’s going on?

I love the game but I can’t watch video not watch any adds to get my prize or to cook my food faster please fix

I do love this game I hate when it takes a while to load however. The game is fun and engaging which is all I ask. Good job.

I cannot find the option in game to use the “Finisher” reward to serve meals. How/ am I supposed to use it??

I love the game but it needs a global market so you can sell thing in global also slower level progression

Haven’t made to the level 10 yet, but am satisfied.

“With as much as there is to do in this game for anyone to get bored would be ABSOLUTELY nuts!!! Not only is there a lot to do but the music and graphics are great too. Having so much going for it, it makes it an ABSOLUTE no-brainer to give this game a five star rating!!! Thank you EVER SO MUCH for making such a wonderful game!!! Please keep up the amazing work!!!

I play this game on both my iPad and my android phone. I have more pesky bugs on my iPad than my android phone. I can start a new game and it pauses for a commercial break but not like the kind that you can use your money to speed up the process of things. It seems weird because I don’t experience this on my android phone. Not one random pause that’s causing stoppage in my play time. It’s frustrating because I want to play the game but I’m wasting battery time on trying to get back to my game.

I was going to order something off of Joe’s truck but changed my mind. Normally it would make me wait 2 minutes before I can order again. Well it’s telling me I have 4 minutes 790 days and 5hrs to order again 😂 can you please help?

Love this game I’m on level 40 but I can load the game without it freezing very frustrating

I am beyond amazed with the new additions you have added they are a game changer!

My game has been frozen on one screen for over a week, I restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the game, contacted support and gave it time. Nothing has worked and no one has reached out to me. So the game does have bugs, it lags, your device may heat up just be aware and lastly it may make u start over with all progress lost. Other than that it is a fun game and good communities.

This was a very good game. It is a mess now. The items are hard to get. The game has slowed down. The appliances are very expensive and the developers are squeezing the players to spend. I cannot give this game a good rating. I am level 127 and stuck. I play everyday and now I am frustrated. Will probably delete eventually. The team tries but they have slowly taken away all the help. No good anymore. 2 stars.
