Fun survival game to pass the time.

Fun survival game to pass the time.

Good times!!!

I actually own the PC version of this game as well. The Mobil version is alittle different. But does not disappoint. Super fun to play, extremely hard to master. And so many ways to build different ships of distraction! Good times all around.

Why aren't more people talking about this game?!

Honestly, this is the best sci-fi space "survivors" style game on iOS. Kinda reminds me of and arcadey version of rings of Saturn on pc but with a core mechanic of vampire survivors. Could use a little more physics maybe to add additional challenge and game feel. It'd be nice to feel the weight of the different ships. I've only got the first so far so maybe the ships are different? Either way, this is a fun one

Bugs on iPad Pro

Edit: Still not fixed 2 years later…. Magic Keyboard opens up text entry on EVERY shop menu. Game is fun, and works initially with controller but needs to re-check for controller support if you tap the screen once. During the shop menu I could not select the REROLL option with the controller, so I tapped it with my finger. Then I no longer could use the controller. After I started the stage with my finger tap, the controller would no longer work, and the entire screen shifted 1/2 inch lower on

A hugely fun Vampire Survivor style game

Gorgeous graphics, fun upgrades and excellent controls all add up to make this one of my favorite current games. Worth every penny,

Fun game

This game is fun.

Amazing!

I mean….This developer only makes good games.

Still great

I bought this when it came out and just came back to it today. Still plays great!

So far good

Only been playing for an hour or two but super fun to upgrade and watch the weapons shred through the enemies.

Fun with one small issue

I play this game at max brightness on my breaks and the asteroids are really hard to see sometimes. If somebody could color them just a little brighter it would help me out

Good but crashes and ruined your fun.

If it this game didn’t crash all the time it would be a very good game. I’ll get to around 23 minutes(fast mode) or an hour regular the game crashes. I want to like this game. But it feels like ever time I start doing well the game says, “screw you” and crashes….. Don’t think this game was optimized for mobile.

NEEDS CONTROLLER SUPPORT. Your other games have it why not this!

Also to the clown and his rocks….not once have i had a rock spawn on top of me. This game needs controller support badly and some more ships. Other than that i am digging it.

potential

i would love to rate this game higher because i think the core gameplay is good, but my biggest issue is with missile/fire builds. there are just so many partial effects on the screen you can’t tell if you are walking into a land mine or if you are about to run into an enemy.

Fair game

It burns time and is a slower pace shooter.

Good game

It’s been a good game, and deserves the 5 stars but I hope they add more stuff as time goes along or people wouldn’t keep doing the same thing over and over again.

Awesome no WiFi game

No Internet required and no ads. Amusing space crawler with a bit of strategy. The deck building and upgrade system is really fun and the difficulty scaling is well done.

Bugs on iPad Pro

Game is fun, and works initially with controller but needs to re-check for controller support if you tap the screen once. During the shop menu I could not select the REROLL option with the controller, so I tapped it with my finger. Then I no longer could use the controller. After I started the stage with my finger tap, the controller would no longer work, and the entire screen shifted 1/2 inch lower on the screen, and cut off the bottom. I can send a screenshot if you send me an email request.

Loved it

I have the desktop version and i loved it. Glad to see it on mobile. Just to set expectations though, much like most deck building roguelike/lite, the gameplay can/will start getting repetitive. But the appeal is finding an overpowered build that could steamroll everything as well as finding weapon combos.

Fun rouglite

It’s fun and simple to learn but with a high ceiling. Well made game!

Endless arrives with a thud

I appreciate the addition of endless, however you can only start with a empty ship, no deck of any cards and are only rewarded at level ups with one time use cards. Lame!

Fun game bad hitboxes

Hardest part of the game is actually seeing the stuff you need to dodge, create a colorblind mode please

2 Negative User Reviews for Star Survivor:Premium

Great game, no controller support

I like this game and have been drawn to this genre from games like Slay the Spire and Vampire Survivors. But they’re always better with a controller.

Awful port

Very buggy, awful sound design on iPhone. Steam version may be great, and has awesome potential, but too many issues. Upgraded don’t apply unless you restart the app, sound is deafening or inaudible at times, tagging, overcharge, and other mechanics have no explanations. Really supbar, especially considering it’s recommended through polished games like Brotato.
