Tengo este internet en RD y esta app trabaja perfectamente no tengo queja para la función que hace la encuentro bien

The only internet available to us was a At&T tower in a nearby city. It would be ok for the first two day or two of the start of our data plan. Within 3-4 days it slowed down to the point it was almost unusable. Now we have fast internet all the time and can update apps, stream whatever we want. It is GREAT.

Tree obstruction is still a problem in the summer,but it doesn’t affect me much if I don’t do video calling.

We were excited to receive our system a year ago! Boy did we make the right decision with buying this system🥳 We live out in a rural area. Our service has been quick to set up. However customer service could use a upgrade to messaging we figured it out on our own the same day where response time was 2 days later. Fabulous service speed downloads 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a wonderful app and internet service. It has a few flaws, like not being able to install a vpn onto the router, other than that Starlink internet is glorious and i encourage you to spend a lot of money on it.

Or check for obstructions with your phones camera AR setting. And it’s only an estimation. So results do vary, but I have 0% obstructions, and is nice and smooth. Also getting consistent latency around 25 MS. Awesome! Also like how you can name devices now and the obstruction map is live. so you can see satellite lines on the obstruction map when first booting it up.

I never write reviews but after having Starlink for 3 months it’s amazing, iv never been able to have wifi where I live but now with Starlink I consistently get speeds up to 180mps, gaming is flawless, I can stream 4k video with zero lag, if you live somewhere rural and your on the fence about Starlink go ahead an order it

Working in the West Texas/ New Mexico oil field most places have no service. This has been a game changer for many of us. It doesn’t matter if it’s overcast, sand storms, raining or snow it works regardless better than my home internet. 5 minutes to set up each day and 5 minutes to lock on to a satellite and I’m good to do anything on my phone, tablet or computer the rest of the day. At about $38 dollars a week it was a wise investment. I could easily see this putting all of its competitors out

My phone was destroyed. I have no way to get into my email or Starlink Account. I cannot find a 800# or Any support. I know my bill is due. I did send an email it said would take up to 2 weeks for a response. Please help me.

You can name devices now and the app has everything you need for your kit. Thank you very much I could not have transferred my life without your technology.

Iv been on a waiting list for a year now my app says disconnected and my deposit say refunded try to put a new deposit down and it say email already in use please help

I don’t know what it is. But since the app logo changed along with the UI it’s felt bloated. It takes longer to load the load page and takes longer to “connect” to my Starlink. Feeling like a step backwards.

I work offshore on an oil production platform in Africa on the atlantic in the middle of nowhere. i bought the Starlink device and took it to work to test. The speed wao everyone.over 200mbps in d middle of nowhere on the atlantic. Before now, it costs millions of dollars to bring internet service to deepwaters but starlink is a game changer.Love the spaceX terms for helping humanity

The set-up was ok speeds are good but gives no public IP due to CGNAT use. This means you won’t be able to forward any ports, until they provide with a IPv6, which is when Starlink?

The ability to give an alias name to devices connected to the network would be greatly appreciated.

I like the data usage graph. Would be nice if it was a little more interactive. Like if you could open it up onto its own page and see the day to day.

I love this internet service however one thing I absolutely hate is no phone number to call to talk to customer service. Also when is the pi phone being sold and do those of us who have been using your internet get first chance to order like we did to get starlink? I need a new phone but trying to hold out for the PI.

First off, the Starlink access works great and I am very pleased with my purchases. However, I have two Starlink devices and accounts, one in the US and one in New Zealand. I’m trying to order a mesh router for my New Zealand location and the app refuses to change my mailing address to New Zealand. I put in all the New Zealand address information but it will not allow me to change from the United States as the country location. So far no response from Starlink.

Over a year ago I paid the deposit, and told all my neighbors now they have there’s and I still have heard nothing. I paid another $99. Last month because there is no way to talk or have any corresponding. I really need this service would appreciate if anyone knew how to reach find someone and find out where mine is, since I already gave you 5 Other customers .

Please add the ability to manage devices on your Starlink network. So you can set device priority and kick devices off when needed

I cannot get the device into bridge mode sonce the update so it’s killing my sonos. Please. Add. This. Back. Please.

Four stars cause the “Split 2.5/5Ghz switch” in the app doesn’t work

Wish there was a way to name devices on the network mesh. Like eero where I can customize device names on my my Starlink network. Otherwise perfect!

Options are limited here in the forest and this saves the day. Mesh router system little more limited range so we’ve got them everywhere in 4000 square foot house. Only thing that disappeared after buying (6)mesh routers was the ability to rename each individual router. Please bring that feature back. Otherwise, the service keeps improving as time goes by.

I just hooked up my StarLink satellite internet. I’m on the BEST EFFORT list because the satellites here are saturated. All I can say it has been years that I’ve operated with dial up speeds!! I’m amazed. However, every time I log in, it makes me change my password because I’m locked out due to invalid credentials!!!

2022.09.0. When it opens the “test speed” function, the screen gets wonky (not legible) and displays “parse error” this seems to be a new issue over the last few days or week The rest of the app and Starlink service is five stars I’ve been very pleased with it overall in my last 18 months of using it

I get it!, I live in a rural area but come on it’s Tesla WiFi!! This should be working very well I have my Starlink satellite nice and high to read well and it’s always off and on , my son hates gaming at my house because of this and we cant even have more than 18 devices with out freaking out!!

Cannot activate account without this so called kit number been looking a few days still cannot find it , cleared all the trees clear sky but having a lot of issues getting connected . I don’t see a kit number no where on satellite on instructions or standard kit box no where

Before you try this, starlink customer service takes 2 weeks to ship a new router once the existing router breaks. Try two weeks without internet…
