Not sure what the upgrade was. But I like the images for each section and the "less is more" excerpts. The free app was great. I just bought the upgrade for the Meditations. I'm sure it will be worth it. Thanks.

I'm still focusing on the Seneca book and it has been good I imagine the next one will be too.

Put together well, easy to navigate, couldn't ask for more.

What text available for free within the app. Is well organized, translated adequately, and carefully selected to contextually portray the school of stoicism properly.

I do enjoy the convenience that this app offers up the classic literary awesome sauce. The autoscroll feature is an added bonus! Great intro to stoicism. And I do like the genuine friendship imbued in the letters, you can sense the friendship, love, admiration and respect the two gentlemen have for each other. Many lessons the letters teach are timeless and can be applied to everyday life in the here-and-now. Awesome app, grab it!

This app is invaluable to the student of Stoicism or philosophy in general. For only $.99 you can have access to most of the key texts on Stoicism, as well as a modern overview to aid the new student. Highly recommended!

I've ordered a bunch of these books on amazon (for a lot of $$)and carry some of them with me often but seem to always have my phone and love having all of these wonderful classic Stoics in my pocket! Best app on my phone!

While it's a nice collection of the stoics I'd really like to see a bit more effort put into the app. A great start would be to have a daily notification with a relevant quote.

I am fantastically happy with this app despite what others “like spoiled toddlers” whine and complain over. Very in-stoic.

The voiceover is robotic, it is not pleasant to listen, so it doesn’t bring any value. The translation that you have is in old English, it would be great to have more modern version.
