Wi-Fi and Internet connection away from home.

I am enjoying my STRAIGHT TALK service. However, I have difficulty with the Wi-Fi the issue being ability to post things on Facebook when I am away from home. I get a notification that I am not connected to the Internet. Any suggestions?

Love the service but hate the app

I have no complaints when it comes to my cell service. It’s a great plan, especially for the price. I would’ve given it 5 stars were it not for the app. The app is absolutely awful. It is slow, not easy to navigate and almost completely unhelpful. Maybe fix that.
