My Garmin, my Wahoo, my zwift account everything is linked to Strava. It is the gold standard for tracking metrics with the social basis. Wahoo offers great training programs, Carmen with decent sleep metrics. Strava is the place where I compile all that data.
App is very good for tracking personal metrics and has good options for comparing with the community. However map features are frustrating and are only optimized to show you new routes rather than viewing where you have been.
Strava is my goto for tracking my long term training. The best, fer sure
Thatās all. Thank you for all the work going into making Strava even more awesomelyā¦ awesome job yāall.
Pls dark mode
I'm newish to Strava, using it to link and record my Apple Watch cycling workouts, but it's a hit-or-miss proposition. As a demonstration of the app's robustness, I cannot claim to be impressed. The data that does manage to populate allows me to track my mileage for the year--or it would if it actually functioned as expected. Today a great 17 mile ride has t appeared yet, and I finished 5.5 hours ago. This free version isn't making me want to bust down the doors to pay for the full ride.
It got me into running more seriously and makes it a lot more fun.
Amazing Quality and super accurate and engaging in the community!
About 25% of the time Strava does not recognize a ride/walk recorded on my Apple Watch immediately, and sometimes the delay is days.
Iāve Then using it for about two years and it has worked very nice for me but my phone GPS isnāt the best so it doesnāt record it greatest but I still like this app and itās a great way to connect with family and friends
Great way to stay motivated and keep in touch with friends. Maybe all social media should require activity offline before you can post online.
Love the app, but itās not worth 80$ a year. I thought the original 60$ subscription fee was steep for an exercise tracking app, but I paid it year after year. After the price change I am canceling my subscription.
I have used it as a social media for runners for a while now and I absolutely love it. It does everything that Id like it to. One problem though, it is a pretty easy addition, make it so you can add in more specificity in the distance on a manual run. If I do a 400m race I can only put in .20 or .30 so another slot would be a nice addition.
This app is great! Worth the money!
Strava holds me accountable to my goalsā¦ it measures my bike therapyā¦ makes me grateful!!! šš„š āMeasuring performance provides the foundation for improvement, the blueprint for success, and the roadmap for progression."
I know Strava has been given a lot of grief for their pricing (and rightly so) but this is still one of my favorite apps. I really donāt use a lot of the advanced features but still worth the premium for leaderboards.
Strava has for my wife and me become a community of new and old friends encouraging one another in our independent and collective journeys to stay fit. Love it!
Seriously, Iām not sure if I would have gotten much into running without this app. This app really helped me to build into a consistent runner with a consistent training plan. Being able to see exactly what Iāve done and how fast is really motivating. Also just really cool to see all the places Iāve run. Now, a couple years later, itās also fun to have a bunch of friends to follow along and see how theyāre training is going. Highly recommend!
I love this app!!!
Itās my favorite social media site
Moving free features that are now only accessed via paid subscription while simultaneously jacking the annual cost up to $80/yr is ridiculous. I MIGHT have considered it at $60/yr but even that seemed a little steep. I enjoy using the app but I wouldnāt hesitate drop Strava like a bad habit and switch to something else that offered comparable features for less money. I couldnāt even access my yearly recap without paying for a subscription, REALLY Strava!?! No loyalty shown to their user base tha
I really enjoy using Strava. However the updates keep saying tennis is available yet I canāt find it on the record tab?
Fun app and the route builder is great, but it begs for a native iPad app to take advantage of a larger screen when messing with maps. It's been a long time, why isn't this app universal yet??
The year in sport was great marketing for strava. People would share them around other social media and with friends creating great awareness of how cool it is. NOW, year in sport is locked behind a pay wall. Iād love to know the genius that did that, say bye to your biggest free marketing of the year! Please donāt ruin the app by continuing down this horrid path of the pay wall, because it really is a great app and I would really hate to see that happen!
Love the improvements. More screen real estate would be nice to have a serious Apple Watch, not to mention the longer battery life makes this more useful!
Iām a Freshman(9th grade) this year at Chaparral High School. Iām on the cross country team at Chaparral High School as well. Iām new to running in fact Iāve only been running since August 8 2022. I was struggling and didnāt know how to improve but to practice. Thanks to the Strava App Iām now figuring out what I need to work. Thank you for such a great app.
The app is great. The only issue I have is making routes. I wish the routes would tell you what percent of dirt your route was in your created routes. I also wish the route making part of the app was a little more user friendly. If you could combine your app and ride with gps it would be perfect!
I generally enjoy the app and find it very useful. My one criticism of the app is with respect to the maps. I was in Lenox, MA this past weekend and just wanted to go on a three mile run. The map I was given literally took us on the shoulder of a 4-lane highway. I was assuming that maybe there was a trail that ran parallel to the highway, but the map literally took us on the shoulder of the highway. I donāt think Iāll trust these maps in areas that I am unfamiliar with in the future. That was da
Strava has kept me in touch with my friends who motivate each other to enjoy exercise and maintain their healthy lifestyle. Most of my friends are past their sixties and they keep me on my toes and on my bike! Strava makes it easy to see what they are up to and give them a thumbs up .
If you like to ride, you need this app. Between segments and the social aspect of Strava, it's a great tool to track your own performance and improvements, as well as keep tabs on how your friends (or professionals) are doing. It's a must have, particularly now that Strava is regularly updating and improving the UI.
I started mountain biking about 4 months ago again and this has really pushed me and now I am on varsity for my high school team
Generally really enjoy Strava. Have watched You Tube tutorials on segment creation. Some screens apparently just arenāt available?! Tried texting Strava NO response. Of course no phone number to call . So low 3 star rating as a result.
I have been on zwift for over 6 years still enjoying every time I ride on it. Actually like it better than riding outside but still try to do both
A must have for walkers, and absolutely so if you are a runner.
It would be nice to have dark mode as an option.
I canāt tell you how much I enjoy meeting new friends on Strava. Having friendly competitions has really gotten me in shape. I donāt know if my wife would share my Enthusiasms.
I love you up and use it daily.
Very good and helpful app thanks
Great app super easy to use ā¦ only thing Iād change is the order in which they show the activities of the ppl u follow

Why do you constantly tell me about a PR from 10 years ago? For a fitness app, not very smart.
This is a terrific app. My beef is that it used to be free for many years every function of it and was kept alive by sponcers. Who ever is running the show now obviously got greedy.šµš° what a shame š
I track workouts with apple watch and sync it to strava. Everything syncs correctly, except workout time. And sometimes it cuts a huge amount of time (10% and more). Itās especially a huge problem for challenges based on workout time. Thats the only reason I would not even consider buying a subscription.
I had the app simply because I though the āLocal Legendā leaderboard was cool, but now thatās paywalled. Other than that, the app does not offer anything that the companion app of my smartwatch doesnāt already provide. Oh, they also busted my free trial of 60 days (offered as a reward) changing it to 30 days. Those $60 per year are going to become an additional 2 kg whey tube ššš
