stumptown combines simcity's power of building and simulation with the inner workings of a mill. the balancing of resources -- between land expansion, building management, lumber pricing for nearby cities, and overall profit -- combined with varied terrains of each level makes stumptown a fun challenge. the music is entertaining too :)
Hot lumberjack action awaits! Fun strategy game with some surprising depth! Looking forward to digging into it some more.
I enjoyed playing so far and although I rarely write a review I encourage you to try it.
Glad to find this game. Unique and really well put-together. Lots of fun so far.
I rarely write reviews but I had to share my outstanding review of this game. Stumptown is easy to interface and their are just enough controls to make logging as complicated or simple as you want. Lack of in game purchases is also a relief. Graphics are great and they allow you interact with every square of soil. I would like to echo earlier comments about more upgrades, trucks, other wood product manufacturing. Overall worth the $2.99, with so many game apps out this one is definitely worth it
Be nice to have a way to save progress within a level. I don't always have 20 mins to play. Otherwise awesome game.
Simple controls and an easy interface make this an ideal time sink for those who enjoy explore/develop games. I’m enjoying it very much
I’m s landscaping co owner and this game is great with market fluctuations and supply and demand and mimicking business ownership but I cannot sit for 30 min to play a game, a save game button is really needed for saving process.
The game is awesome as far as gameplay and how the game works. The only thing it is lacking is a Save button.
Huge fan of this game
