Can you please out the QR code back into the wallet. My son only has a certain time frame to eat lunch and it being in the apple wallet makes it so quick

Use the Subway APP frequently and find accuracy and payment easy to navigate m. Sometimes remembering the discount code is tough to remember,

We just bought the Subway® app and we are loving it

App used to count meal of the day toward sub club. I have noticed it hasn’t been adding to sub club lately. Might be a glitch or intentional I don’t know

I found ordering to be easy. Didn’t experience any issues going back and changing my order. I was able to add in some gift cards without any issues.

Live the app for ordering but not so much for payment. I have a gift card with@$2 on it that I can’t use because you can only have one payment option. I should be able to select multiple gift cards for purchases or some other form of payment.

Easy ordering! Love how I get notified first-hand of promotions wish the app would notify for cancelled orders though

The app always manages to lose my login and force me to sign in again and again. I gave up on it now. Not worth of my time.

The app makes it so easy and so fast. Always ready when we get there. Thank you Subway for great food, friendly fast service.

Overall, I like app and how they keep improving it. One of the new additions is the ability to tip the sandwich maker. If you’re going to ask us to tip in advance, then we should also be able to rate the quality of our order afterwards. Our Subway is really inconsistent. Sometimes great but other times terrible. There’s no way to let management know about wrong or sloppy orders and that more training is needed for some employees.

Took me some time to complete my order. Have always liked my sandwiches. I think u have a horrible rewards program.

The only complaint that I would have would be that I cannot give a cash tip…

I don’t like all the other bread choices and wheat bread used to be an option then it disappeared please add it back as a choice on the app you can still choose it in the store

The app is easy to use. I get what I want and I get it fast.

I’ve been hesitant to place online or orders by app but this is so simple and it was ready before the estimated time. No waits no worries walk in pick up walk out. Great sandwiches! I forgot how superior they are to other quick food chains and so much more healthy!! Yummy too.

Most of my order was completely wrong. The receipt has the correct drink and chips but I received completely wrong items and there is no way to report errors in the app. Also, I wasn’t able to use up my gift card because my purchase was more than the balance of my gift card. There should be a way to use the gift card and then pay the balance off with the other card on file.

This app will encourage me to use Subway more and since it’s healthier then many alternatives…win win win 👍

I have tried other sub shops in town. None can touch SubWay!

This is one of the easiest and friendliest apps ever, the only thing that is missed is actually watching someone build your sandwich

Not sure if there’s a problem with the App or my phone but I have to go to the App Store to use the App because it’s icon isn’t coming up on my home screens.

Please add Sweet Peppers as an option when ordering. I can order them in store so I should be able to order them on app too.

Everything is always made perfect. My one complaint is the Mobil pick up orders should be allowed to pick up inside even when the lobby is closed. I had to wait the same amount of time k would have if I had just ordered Ik the drive thru because I had to sit in line and wait for other people to order anyways. But besides that everything was amazing and the employees were professional kind and accommodating.

When it works, it’s great! But sometimes it gives you an error and after trying to go back in to app after shutting it down, if you don’t go back to your sandwich, it is going to be wrong.

On July 30th 2022 I placed an order via this app. I added every thing I wanted, even made it a deluxe. The order was going to be over $20.00, so I deleted the deluxe option. Without noticing, the order defaulted to a basic pre menu item and removed my add-ons. I get this nasty looking sandwich delivered. I look at my receipt wondering if I got someone else sandwich. My order was exactly ordered, made, deliver as per this app. This was not what I was expecting. Please fix this bug!

I appreciate what this app can do- I love being able to bypass the line, grab my sandwich and go. But man, this app is glitchy. Unexpected errors always popping up. This app constantly registers something in my cart, even though it’s empty…. Ugh.

Subway needs to change the price of the smashed avocado from $99.00 to $0.99. Simple mistake but ridiculous!!

The app is amazing prices better than other online site but my question is how you going to send me coupons that don’t work for any location near me

I had difficulty to use $2 offer for 2 foot long sandwiches. It kept going to a map rather than to menu.

The always changing app is making me rethink my loyalty

Ordering food through the app works well, but I can never see my rewards. It always says there’s an error and apparently I’m not the only one this happens to. It’s very frustrating because I don’t know how many points I have and cannot use them which is the point of joining the rewards program. I just updated the app hoping it would get fixed but it still gives the error. Very disappointing.

I couldn’t login even after trying to sign up for a new account. I had to go on online to do that. I was just stuck on a loading screen in the app. And trying to customize a sandwich isn’t that great. The order refreshed a few times and re-added the toppings I wanted to remove. I submitted the order to only find out the unwanted toppings were on the sandwich when I got to the store.

I'm having trouble signing into my account! It makes me have to reset my password when I hit login, but I reset it like 100 times already and it just won't let me in!!! This app has been great, just wish I could sign in!
