I have had issues - such as just now - where it said the next uptown 6 train was 5 minutes away I got down to the platform and it was already at the station with the next one 10 minutes away. Something is off with the times. Also, it would be nice if the times would update live instead of having to back out and hit the station again to get the latest data.

Answers the question “when is the next train coming?” in literally seconds, every time. Also makes it really easy to find out whether there is an alert for the train. No other transit app, not even the official MTA app, is this reliable and easy to use.

Amazing app, love that you can put widgets on your Home Screen. Google maps has weird walking heuristics and I often want to know per station arrival times. One complaint, it would be great if the widget auto refreshed, or included the date. Got misleading results today when the refresh time was 1m ago yesterday. Otherwise great app

Mta always have delayed & does not show what happend terrible service and needs more cleaning

Super useful app widgets about a minute off

Accurate and very easy to use!

98% of the time this app is spot on, I find it’s often more accurate than google maps. Highly recommend this over any other NYC MTA app.

First I like the app because it can track down how much stop are away from my stop and it can help me understand how much minutes the train are taking also it can help me understood all the stops on each train.

Added few lines/stops to my favorite. The widget doesn’t show anything. Just four green circles. Hope they fix it with the next update.

All the others are too bulky and buggy. This app is clean, easy, and accurate.

The layout is simple. It’s up to date. You have a few customization options. All in all, great easy subway time app while in a rush.

Would be nice if on the app, you listed crossover stations so if you miss your stop or you went the wrong way you can see what stations had the cross over to go the other direction without having to repay

I recently downloaded the app when I was chatting with another subway rider. I’m amazed as to how accurate it is. No more waiting and I can move around the timing it shows. It also indicates realtime delays and alerts. I highly recommend it!

I recently upgraded to a new iPhone (with iOS 16.6) where I transferred all of my apps from my previous device. This caused a re-syncing of my Apple Watch (iOS 9.6) which doesn’t successfully allow Subway Time to be installed..

The widget does not work, even if you have favorites in the app- it does not show up on the widgets..
