Sudoku Master Edition: Logic App Reviews

I find on the higher levels, I often get puzzles with no unique solution. This has been confirmed by running them through puzzle solvers after exhausting advanced techniques and spending lots of time. It kills my motivation to keep trying, because I’m never sure if it’s actually able to be solved without a guess.

Highly recommend removing ads for the best experience. Great app, very customizable.

App is great if only the handwriting recognition using apple pencil was good. You write a 5 it recognizes a 7. You write a 4 it recognizes a 7. It leads to so many mistakes lowering your score for no fault of yours. Fix handwriting recognition and this would be easily the best sudoku game out there. 5 start if handwriting recognition is fixed.

Literally title. $8 is outrageous. Id pay like $3 but cmon $8. Lower it and ill pay for it hoe$

Updated: I figured out how to turn the music off… now I love it. I really like this version of sudoku, but I can’t figure out how to turn the music off… I’m a silence kind of person!

I like the app but I’m running to some issues that take away from game play. The buttons don’t always register my taps which make it challenging to navigate the UI. Bigger button area would be helpful. Also the ability to tweak the colors of the Themes would be great as I’m color deficient and it’s very hard for me to see when the pencil tool is active or not in my favorite theme. Also the ability to change the color/transparency of the notes would be helpful.

I enjoy the game. Some ads are respectful of the silent button but others blast sound even when the silent button is clicked. VERY annoying; but it is a first world problem.

Overall it’s pretty great. It’s awesome to be able to write the numbers in and the puzzles are great Wish the hints explained more than just giving you the right number. Also the handwriting recognition really needs work and it accounts for at least 2 mistakes a game. There is also no undo button that l can find and that seems like a pretty basic feature.

This is the best implementation of Sudoku I’ve ever seen. It’s also beautifully designed.

Automatic note removal ruins this game. So now I can just go along crossing off numbers without actually looking. I don’t see why this would be included in classic mode. Nothing like that is possible on paper which is the attempt during classic mode. A lot of apps do this and its weird. Id give one star if it didn’t get lost in other dumb reviews with one star.

Pros: way less ads than the others. The harder levels are challenging. Cons: boring. No daily challenges. No auto fill for the last few boxes.

This game is an amazing game that calms me and was a great one to help me get started in learning how to solve sudokus 🤌🤌🤌🤌

I’ve lost so many points trying to insert an 8 into boxes with Apple Pencil.

This game has no business having this volume of ads, especially ones that make you play the game while you wait and have you exit out of the. exact. same. ad. just to get to the new game. Completely stupid.

Fun to play. Interface is annoying because it is too easy to write a number to a square unintentionally. This gives you a free “hint” by telling you that number is either right or wrong. If you are attempting to solve the puzzle using logic alone this gets frustrating. It would be nice to have the option to automatically deselect a square whenever you switch modes. A switch on the screen to enable/ disable asking for confirmation before writing to a square would also help. That would allow the u

I used to love this app, but for whatever reason anytime I complete a row it doesn’t show that it’s been completed. I don’t wanna play with mistake mode, but in the old version, it would show you that you completed it correctly. I want that back.
