The setup was fairly straightforward and easy. The camera quickly was also very good.

The camera works fine but I’m not able to select any of the buttons in the app. So I can’t comment on the functionality of the app itself. At least I can see what I’m doing but it sucks I can’t change the camera from right ear to the left ear or take photos and videos.

No issues with connecting to the ear camera. Clarity was good enough for the job. Got the wax out of both ears in less than 5 minutes. It has a picture/vid recording capability too

Yall removed acne mode…. That was the ONLY setting I used. Now it’s so hard to use cuz I don’t understand the camera….. AND the quality I had for acne mode is no longer there. PLEASE PUT ACNE MODE BACK.

I love this app but why did you switch the camera around? It’s like mirrored and hard to use now can you give an option to switch it back to how it was before update

my mom and i LOVED the suear! it was great for acne until the acne clean feature was removed in a recent update. this app and device would be 5 stars again if the acne clean feature came back 👂

The app works exactly as described. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

Pretty good overall, I just wish there was an option to control how bright the light is.

So it works amazingly well. Just the app takes you to Bluetooth to connect rather than connect with WIFI. I repeat you MUST connect as if you’re connecting to WiFi. Not Bluetooth!

Not sure what more to say. The app works fine. More difficult to maneuver the tool once in the ear but still got a lot out. My advice: be patient! You don’t want to damage your ear drum!

The otoscope’s battery broke in about 1 month . It worked well in the first month. But after 1 month, even if I charged it for 1 hr and then turned it off, I am not able to turn it on without charging it again

This was working amazing and I haven’t used it in a few months tried to connect and it will no longer connect to my phone. I have an old android that it connects to perfectly, but it will no longer connect to my iPhone 7. Deleting the app and re-downloading but still not working very disappointed.

The "acne" feature of this(where the input was mirrored and the brightness was lessened) needs to be brought back. "Mirror mode" is not the same and you can't even flip the view with it

But they got rid of the zoom function please bring that back as it was very useful for seeing pores on the face !
