App is ok but you cannot update your personal information which is a pain. You can’t send anything to the doctors you might need to attach and customer service is just not that helpful.

Great App easy to use

Summit health is by far the best medical facility I’ve been to.From the staff to the doctors.They make the process easy and you won’t be sitting in the waiting long.This is my place I will never go anywhere else.

What is the way to contact anyone at Summit Health/WestMed? Everything seems to be a big secret. According to them I have no insurance despite the receptionist asking me for my new card. Not an encouraging impression.

I just had the best virtual visit with Dr Chung. He was sympathetic and able to diagnose that I have bronchitis. Thank you Dr Chung.

Tried to reschedule an appointment through the app. 1) trying to log in the app would open before inserting the password. This happened multiple times 2) Try to add an appointment. Doesn’t give you available time slots you have to go through the calendar day by day. You do pick the doctor up front but after selecting the sate you have to reselect your doctor.

Noticed that ever time I log in I get an email a few seconds later saying Password reset request. That’s not normal. I tried using a VPN and just cellular data only, turning off my phone and I still get the password reset request. So beware before you download this app it may have malware in it.

It is limited compared to the desktop site.

Can’t find names of doctors that I have seen.

It opens to so much nonsense that a serious message is lost amidst the nonsense. ……..a physician patient.

All appointments booked on the app show an hour earlier then when it is. The app takes forever to load and errors a lot so you have to close and reopen.
