Helps to know when it’s perfect to tan
Helpful for my pale skin
I am a person who cannot tan, so being able to check the UV rating for the day and understand how quickly I will burn if I’m exposed is a lifesaver.

Best free UV Widget
This app has the best free UV widget on the market! There was a bug causing the app to not work and after reporting it Richard emailed me personally and it was fixed within a few days. Fantastic app & customer service! Thank you!

Great UV indicator
We live at an elevation of 9500’ in northern NM. In the summer at that elevation, the UVs are off the chart 😳. This app really helps us to plan our day to avoid excessive rays!!😎

App works well, but can’t get cities outside of US to load
Downloaded this app to use while in the Bahamas, but no where outside of the US loads. Also, it shows in the app photos that it works world-wide, but it does not.
One big problem
It’s a great app and for those that only want a little vitamin D it’s perfect. But for anybody that prefers to get more than recommended daily D there is no option to custom set target vitamin D exposure. Sadly for me this is a deal breaker but for most I’m sure it’s fantastic.
