why won't it let me play?

so when I first get into the game, I was trying to make a new account, but wouldn't let me was lagging every time when I was trying to do the tutorial I would really like y'all to fix this please other than that the game is really fun

Thus game has no ads but this game is the worst 1/10 boo 👎👎👎👎 but least it's ad free Gameplay 6/10 lots if hackers and bullys Ads 10/10 No Ads Amazing 🤩🤩 WiFi 1/10 it's not WiFi free. And this game copied Among us
