Being a subscriber for few years, I’d like to thank all the efforts of the developers and support team to make the app as good as possible. Although the features of the program meets my expectations and I have not faced any particular problem while using it, when I run the app, there is a short pause during the execution of the app which causes a delay in the loading. If this delay is removed, the feedback will be more favorable. Thank you!

Used to be an awesome app. I also store very sensitive data in this app. But Your last update has caused a glitch in my albums. Content is not showing. Password recognition is no longer straight. I am on the verge of loosing very important set of sensitive data I had saved in this app. Please can this be corrected and urgently?

Love this app for my sensitive docs and passwords. Peace of mind, convinient, erases original location, don't forget to delete delete folder iPhone takes 30 days.

when imported (you still have to clear the ‘recently deleted’ folder in the public photos app). Allows good organization for imported photos and vids. Quick and easy.

I’ve tried a numerous occasions approximately 17 emails to the support team to assist me in locating my files, after the pattern lock feature stopped working. I was instructed by an automated text to update the app. Once I updated the app. I lost all of my files in the cloud to date. I still have not been able to access. With no real support or guidance, it appears that the Customer Service emails that I received are all automated with no direct correspondence with anyone who can assist or Direc
