The app is fairly intuitive to use, manages volunteers and sign ups beautifully, and allows kids and parents to see real-time results! My only complaint is that it gets bogged down on meet days but not terribly. The team pages feel a little choppy but all in all- this app is a (slightly clunky) powerhouse tool that delivers a lot of useful content and features to swim teams.

This works if the hosting site uses the feature which they only did twice out of the entire season, so it was a waste of money for me. I definitely won’t bother purchasing again.

I love this app; it is a great way to be able to check your events and results! I love that it saves most of your races so you can go back and look at them! The only downside of this app is that sometimes it can be a bit slow and you are not able to view all your meets, sometimes like when I went to state! But besides that, this app is great and I would highly recommend it.

Have used this for a couple of years as a parent and then had the chance to join “Grown Up Swim” and see the app in action again. Fun and quite helpful for the competitive swimmer and team.

I continue to be impressed with SwimTopia. Great product and great people.

Essential to swim

It’s ok. It’s a little slow for the free, but as a swimmer I feel pro is better but still not great. My big issue is I can’t add my year round team. 😕🫤. Overall pretty mid.

Need to be able to find swimmers under meets and not just accounts

Had my vpn active and it wouldn’t connect. Worked as advertised after I turned it off.

I use this app all the time but it is very annoying when I can’t see my times in a reasonable amount of time without paying $ 2.99 a month

Very easy to navigate and it has so much helpful info!

I have the paid version and right now I’m not getting my moneys worth. When it’s working, it’s great. But I need to be able to see my information or update our teams info on meet day. What’s the point if I can’t get in on a Saturday during the meet??

I’m not sure what the issue this year, however SwimTopia was not up to par for us. Repeated crashes, data freezes and inaccurate team lists made the software difficult to use. We use multiple swim/meet software in our house and sadly this is now the worst one. Not really worth the $2.99 a month price tag, especially with no reminders in place.

Biggest complaint is the events don’t sync and appear on calendar.

I have to delete and redownload each time I want to see anything other than a white screen. Other than that it works but a paid subscription is basically required for all features that are useful.

i do swim and this app would be helpful but it’s not. when i get to a swim meet i don’t know what i’m doing and this app never loads so then i have to ask someone else. it lets me sign in and pay but it never works.

As someone who has been using other swim apps for years, this one has its pros and cons. The reminders are great, and its pretty easy to figure out. You can see everything you need to know about a race and clear results. But it NEVER WORKS. Even when the meet is using meet maestro software, it still doesnt work. Sometimes it will work for my siblings but not me, even though we all paid for premium. Would love to use this, but sticking to meet mobile until this app gets a complete overhaul.

Not sure what’s happened with it but the app doesn’t display anything but a blank screen now
