This is the dumbest app. I have an iPhone and I’m having the same issues that others have. It won’t sync, I’ve tried uninstalling it & reinstalling it and it just won’t work. Very disappointed. Update- I worked with customer service and was able to get it synced mostly. It is still not syncing my sleep but at least it tracks my activities.

I have used other insurance apps before and this one by far is the easiest to use. I like how easy it is to access information and the way that it is displayed. I can see very clearly what claims I have and how much I need until I reach my deductible.
Actually seems pretty good, I haven’t played with it much but it seems comprehensive. I did have some problems with windows popping up too big to view on my phone, but was able to manage it. My biggest single issue is the name of the app. Now I have to remember this name to locate the app among zillions on my phone every time I am doing something with my health insurance or prescription. Couldn’t it be called anthem Sydney or at least have the word health or anthem in there?
Its my first time to use my insurance plan and got billed, im really confused… but when i called the insurance provider to let me explain how the plan works… thanks to the representative that she explain well about my plan and how it works… thank you🩺❤️

Looking at a Claim for my son from 2023 is great but wish I could click on provider's name and it would take me to search details or "no longer in network". My son is in JUCO in Pensacola and I just wish it was easy to click and see where he went for vision test. Now I have to spend 30 minutes digging for providers info and location.
The app is amazing, easy to navigate and use I really don’t have any complaints aside from the optum rx section of the app, for some strange reason every time I press the login button on optum rx the app crashes. Not a huge deal as you can download the optum rx app separately and use that, would be nice to have it all in one place. Maybe the developer will take a look into this and correct the issue.
Great app. Easy to use. The built in telehealth is so easy to use. Omg! Saved me an in person visit which saved me money and time!! Love it
I am so thankful for this insurance! After having so many health issues this year, they have made sure all my needs have been met and they call me to check up on me regularly. I will make sure to keep this plan for next year! I really can’t go without it

The app is helpful and works fine most of the time. Except currently, the app is showing I have two notifications, but I don’t. When I log into the app or on the Anthem website, I don’t see any notifications. I’ve tried reinstalling the app several times in hopes this would fix the issue. Still nothing. Help.

I appreciate the addition of ID Cards being added to Apple Wallet. This is a huge benefit and makes the app even more useful.

Great explanations of what is covered, who is in network, and the result of each claim. Wish it would be better for finding provider info beyond address and in-network status.
Today’s technology is so advanced but Sydney is well thought out. I have problems with most apps but the Sydney app is very doable for me.
It is so easy to chat with them about any questions or changes that need to be made!
There is a problem with the rewards program that needs to be fixed some of the activities won’t open send you back to sydney home screen please fix this .
Very user friendly. I can keep track is claims right from my phone. This was imperative during my daughters cancer treatments
The Sydney app is easy to use and well organized. Users can easily access service providers by practice. With so many options, the user has a choice and control of their health care.
Primary doctor selection do not work. I selected it through the app and when I called the doctor, he doesn’t accept patients for a long time now.
The app doesn’t sync nor track activity from health app!
